Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, kleines aber für meine Bedürfnisse ausreichendes Einzelzimmer. Umfangreiches Informationsmaterial auf den Zimmer und in der Hotellobby. Gutes Abendessen, das auch preislich nicht aus dem Rahmen gefallen ist. Frühstück ausreichend, vitaminreich und gut. Sehr ruhige Lage am Wald. Eigentlich keine Beanstandungen

Das Hotel gefällt uns und auch mit dem Personal waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir sind schon einige Male dort gewesen, da wir Freunde und Verwandte in Bleicheroda, Schlotheim, Menteroda haben und somit ist die Lage des Hotels Reifenstein für uns ideal.
