Das Personal war nett, das Zimmer war ordentlich. Frühstücksbufett ok. Rezeption nicht besetzt. Personal suchen. Mit offenem Fenster schlecht durch Straßenlärm einer großen Durchfahrtstraße.

Die Ansprechpartnerin war extrem hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Es war schade, daß die kleine Terrasse zu dem Frühstück nicht geöffnet war.

Das Personal und der Service waren gut. Trotz vieler Gäste war das Haus ruhig, so dass einer Erholung nichts im Wege stand. Auch für ältere und gehbehinderte Personen ist dieses Hotel empfehlenswert, da alle Etagen mit dem Lift zu erreichen sind. Dieses Hotel würden wir jederzeit wieder besuchen, wenn uns der Weg an den Plauer See führt. Es ist in jeder Hinsicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Zimmer waren sauber , die Matratzen waren nicht durchgelegen. Das Frühstücksbüffet durchnitt auf anfrage gab es auch Rührei zwar ohne Speck aber es schmeckte gut. Was ich nicht sagen kann vom Essen im Restaurant...Salat der kein Dressing hatte essen das Fad und Geschmacklos war. Wir würden dort nicht mehr Übernachten. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Sauberkeit der Zimmer.

Sehr freundliches Personal, ohne Probleme änderungswünsche erfüllt. Leider liegt das Hotel - wenn auch nicht sichtbar - neben einer Umgehungsstrasse (Bundesstrasse), sodass man nicht bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen konnte, im Sommer ein Nachteil.

Zwei Dinge haben das Bild ein wenig getrübt. 1. In der Online Buchung lautete die Adresse "Dammstr. 2". Nur an der 'Dammstraße 2 war kein Hotel Renke zu finden. Die richtige Adresse lautete "Dammstr. 29". Als ich die Mitarbeiterin darauf aufmerksamm machte, wurde mir nur erklärt, daß die Hausnummer sich geändert habe und auch richtig im Prospekt stände. Meine Empfehlung sich darum zu kümmern, daß die Adresse bei booking.com korrigiert wird, kam bei der Mitarbeiterin nicht so an. 2. Bei meinem Abreisetag (Sonntag) wollten wir um 10:10 h noch frühstücken. Dazu wurde uns nur gesagt, daß das nicht mehr möglich sei, da man nur von 07:00 bis 10:00 h frühstücken könne. Der Preis für das Frühstück ist mir natürlich trotzdem berechnet worden. Alles in allem war das Hotel in Ordnung, wenn nicht diese beiden negativen Dinge gewesen wären. Wenn man einfach nur ein Bett zum Schlafen haben möchte, reicht das Hotel völlig aus

Zimmer und Umgebung in Ordnung. Im Restaurant wurde uns keine Möglichkeit gewährt einen netten Abend zu verbringen. Es war alles reserviert! Auch wurde keine zeitliche Alternative angeboten. Man spürte auch kein Bemühen. Wir sind enttäuscht. Einige Mitarbeiter sollten begreifen das Gäste für sie eine Exixtenzgrundlage sind.

Mit wenigen Schritten zum kleinen Hafen in Plau. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten in die Umgebung (z. B. Waren). Es war etwas hellhörig. Wenn der Wasserhahn lief war es deutlich hörbar.
