The hotel was in a great location, it's cheap & perfect for a trip where you don't want to spend lots of time in your hotel room. The shower was very small. |

The hotel itself is not bad, the entrance is nice, too bad our room was in the worst location. The room was small but ok and with nice big windows. Big bed. We got a room on the ground floor where we had to cross a looooooooong hallway passing the bathrooms. The room was small, the bathroom was not exactly bad, but old. |

The breakfast buffet is very good and the happy hour at the restorant was excellent. The bath needs some kind of "anti-slip". It is a real problem and can lead to very unpleasant accidents! |

Nice and clean hotel, in a super location in Berlin. Great with upgrade when you have a baby-bed in the bedroom, so we had extra space. |

The personnel were very nice and the location of the hotel is fairly good. We had a room facing the inner courtyard and therefore it was very peaceful and quiet. As it was a marathon trip the hotel gave a special attention to the event by offering right kind of food and snacks before and after the race. We also liked the breakfast buffet. |

Room was clean and the service of the reception on the day of our arrival was excellent. The cleaner simply knocked on the door and immediately opened them even though we were in the room. Perhaps they need to wait a little before doing so. On the day before our arrival, we called the reception to ask how we can get there. Although the S Bahn was closed, she simply told us to take a cab without offering any alternatives. I contrast this with the lady who picked up my call the day of my arrival. She not only took time to find a way for me to get to the hotel (i.e. telling me which train/bus) but she also took time to explain how I can get to the hotel. That's excellent service. Unfortunately, i was not able to find out her name.. |
