The conference packed was very good. rooms perfect very fine steambath very nice and sweet staf

expenseive conference dinner in no cosy area buffet to expensive.

Cleanliness, proximity.

That Free Wii-fi was not available through out the Hotel. Most Hotels even those that are only 3 star have free Wifi. Also the Wi Fi reception was poor in the bar and reception area. We were charged twice and accused of double booking our room through an on line booking service and no attempt was made to discuss this with us even when on arrival we were advised it would be sorted. The rooms were too hot and there was no way of adjusting the heating/air conditioning.

Rooms small but very nice, excellent bathroom. Breakfast excellent, plenty of choice. Well located, short walk to Postdammer Platz and U-bahn and S-Bahn. Would definately recommend this hotel. Rooms at the back of the hotel will be quieter.

Breakfast room small and single guests were occupying tables for 4 people, we were a group of 4 and couldn't find seats, therefore had to go to the room downstairs which wasn't so pleasant. But this is only a small thing.

Everything about this hotel impressed me,from the comfort and decor of my room, to the general air of tranquility, it's central location and last but certainly not least, the excellence of the staff.

It was clean.

I stayed in room number 410 for 3 nights. Every morning I could hear vacuum cleaner noise starting at 7 am. This was really bad. Secondly, I booked a standard double room which supposed to have 1 double size bed, but we are given a two single size bed room. Room size was advertised to be 21 square meter, I think it was much smaller than this.

The carpets in room 11 were very dirty and room 10 (twin room) was very small

That one day room was not cleaned properly Didn't like the location (said it was in Kruezeberg but really wasn't) The smoking area downstairs No wifi in rooms and had to connect to the internet via cable.

This hotel has a very good price for the quality it has. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and good, beds comfortable. Breakfast is very good

breakfast not included in price, but given the price of the rooms, that is not surprising and breakfast is worth the extra money

Staff was very nice and attentive. We arrived earlier and they arranged a room for me. The room is spacious and well equipped. The restaurant is great. High quality food is available for an affordable price. The hotel is walking distance from almost all touristic attractions.

We stayed for 4 nights and received an upgrade to a 'superior' room. It was very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had and providing us with what we requested. Our room was well cleaned every day. Definitely fantastic value for money and would stay here again if travelling to Berlin!

My only criticism is that our room was not very well lit. Although we had a large window and many lamps, there was no ceiling light in our room. This meant that as the weather was dull in the day, it could get quite dark in the room. However at night the lighting provided was adequate.

Location, hefty breakfast, quiet and comfortable rooms, extra touch of care with apples on the bed and flower buds in the bathroom, computer and printer for general use in the lobby (great if you have to do an on-line check-in).

I had to look for the lightswitch (room 107) where I had to put my entry- card in. In the dark, it was difficult to find.

Location, value for money

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and housekeeping was around until 8PM for those who like to sleep in. There was a small, but nice, spa area with a couple of saunas.

I was given an upgrade to a suite which was excellent.

The restaurant had fabulous food, would definitely recommend eating there. Metro was super close as well as a few sites (check point Charlie, topography of terror). Really great place to stay

My husband didn't like the pillows but I didn't mind them!

The hotel was close to Checkpoint Charlie and only 2 stops away from the Brandenburg Gate on the s Bahn. We stayed 4 nights so we got upgraded to the deluxe room which included lan internet for free. The bed was really comfortable and very good value.

The room was a little bit outdated but it was very good value for what we paid. Also, we ordered room service and the meal was horrible - would not recommend that you do this. The bathroom was a little bit grimy and it was difficult to get hot water in the shower.

The area seems not safe. I saw strange people hanging on the street.

Spa only works at some weird hours in the morning and at the evening. For us the morning session ended earlier, than we got up and the evening session closed before we came back to the hotel.
