Everything was perfect, friendly helpful staff, lovely hotel, food was some of the best I've ever had, and all at an unbelievable discount price. Would highly recommend and visit again.

Clean, good staff Relaxa Berliner Strasse is starting to be somewhat old fashion, internet only in the lobby, no key cards to the doors (security) Breakfast e18.00 And not that great. Tv channels only for German speaking. Only cnn in English and it gets somewhat boring in the end.

Excellent quality/price level, ideal for stay overs in neigbourhood airport, clean room, friendly staff It takes around 30 minutes and around €9,50 for travel by bus to city centre... Still a small to enhance thing compared to the ultimate quality/price level of this hotel

Just it is near by airport and it is good for a bussinesman A hotel means a place which you do relax but you have No accomidation such as shattel to the airport No shattel to the event of Medica as most of the people were going to that event No cleanness of the lobby and No wire less inside the rooms.

Location near to airport-although there is no shuttle service-a taxi is required to travel to the airport. Breakfast at 17Euros is overpriced & very ordinary-the day I was there the fresh fruit was finished by the time I arrived at breakfast-7.30 (Not so late) , revolting orange juice-no fresh juice, & areas of the dining room blocked off so you could not use them causing all users to be cramped in one small area & shareing tables. Coffee is instant muck- more like dirty water than coffee. For 17€ I expect better than this.

We booked this hotel on a park, sleep, and fly basis and we could not have been more pleased. Not only was it extremely economical but the room was very pleasant and the transportation to and from the airport was timely and convenient.

Very friendly staff, convenience distance to airport Düsseldorf Although room was ok, the corridors on 2nd floor were colorless & tetric, old carpets, etc. I'd suggest some fresher approach here!

High cost of Internet Access in rooms is not acceptable in a hotel charging so much for rooms. Only free access in lobby-every night full of people working as not prepared to pay very high price for internet in room. This is not accepatble in a business hotel of this quality.

1). Extra bed was very noisy! It was impossible to sleep because of it. 2). In the night (at 5 a.m.) there was some strange sound like somebody play drum - it disturbed very much. 3). During booking the bed was described as double, but indeed it was 2 single beds, moved together - it was very uncomfortable to sleep with child. 4). When we came to the room, it was very cold there, later we realized that window was slightly open and radiators were absolutely cold.

Only stayed here for one night as we had a very early flight the next day. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was 5 minutes from Dusseldorf airport. Excellent value for your money.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Flughafen und bietet kostenlose Parkgelegenheiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und es gab ein schöner Wellnessbereich. Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet, daher ist die direkte Umgebung nicht sonderlich attraktiv. Verkehrsanbindung ist aber sehr gut.
