Wie gewohnt: bester Service, tolle Wellnesslandschaft, Erholung pur. Verpflegung sehr gut, nicht ganz so reichhaltig wie in den Vorjahren. Trotzdem: immer noch Bestnoten!

Frühstücksangebot perfekt. Alles sehr sauber und tadellos in Ordnung. Wir haben die Möglichkeit genossen, vor dem Frühstück im Hotelpool schwimmen zu gehen. Die übrigen Wellnessangebote haben wir mangels Zeit nicht in Anspruch nehmen können - beim nächsten Mal aber ganz bestimmt. Dass ich an einem Morgen mit dem Schwimmen etwas zu spät dran war und wegen 3 Personen Aqua-Gymnastik nicht in das Schwimmbecken durfte.

O hotel possui uma infra-estrutura muito boa. Os funcionários do restaurante e da recepção são cordiais e simpáticos.O Restaurante possui diversos ambientes com possibilidade de comer sossegado. O serviço do spa é muito ruim. A funcionária não estava com vontade de atender e explicar os planos e opções para uma família. Quando ela nos viu de roupão e com a filha no colo ela não se preocupou em nos atender,mesmo sendo os únicos no balcão.

angenehme Atmosphäre und die geschmackvolle und liebevolle Dekoration im gesamten Hotelbereich, sehr, sehr gutes Frühstück und auch Abendessen, Wellnessbereich war auch ok, Angebote für Gäste im Wellnessbereich ok(zB. Aqua-Fun morgens) für uns persönlich hätten wir eine Dusche vorgezogen, aber wir haben im Wellness-Bereich die Duschen benutzt.
