Anonymous Solo traveler United Kingdom December 10, 2011	The building is beautiful. The gap between the atomosphere of the building and the room deco was huge for me. Room deco does not match to the historical palace building at all and there is no focul point in the room. Clean and spacious but it was very different from what I was expecting. The hotel reception was too simple as well. I felt like I entered from the back door. I wouldn't complain any of this if it is a one or two star hotel. Maybe my expectation was too high... For a luxury hotel, service was less than expected. On check in, the desk agent gave high level directions to room but did not offer to help with luggage or to find the room. We did not like the portable TV or the expensive internet option. The deluxe single room we had also booked was advertised with a "large seating area" whereas it was merely a small double room. Jurgen Group of friends Steffenshagen, Germany December 13, 2011	Die sehr ruhige Lage ist top Leider ist die Sauna,bzw. der Saunabereich viel zu klein geraten, weiterhin empfinde ich es als Abzocke das so ein Haus, bzw. in fast allen Hotels in Deutschland mit der Wlan Nutzung ein dermaßen Geschäft betrieben wird! Im gesamten europäischen Ausland gehört dies standardmäßig in über 80% der Hotels zum Zimmerpreis dazu.Als letztes muss ich leider das Restaurant kritisieren, ich habe nichts gegen gehobene Gastronomie, aber dann bitte Portionen wo man satt wird und typisch für die jeweilige Gegend. Ein halber Keks mit kleingeraspelter Garneele und Grünzeug für knapp 12,-€ ist schon etwas fett im Preis. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, ebenso die Bedienung im Schloßrestaurant. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten OK. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist renovierungsbedürftig. Besonders genossen haben wir den Abend am Kaminfeuer des Schloßrestaurants. Die Preise des Hotels und Restaurants sind moderat verglichen mit den Preisen am Bodensee. Leider kann man mit dem Pkw nicht direkt vor das Hotel fahren, um sein Gepäck auszuladen, zumal der kostenpflichtige Hotelparkplatz ziemlich weit entfernt vom Hoteleingang liegt. Номера огромные. Мы заказывали стандарт и люкс. Стандарт был метром 30. Очень комфортный.Вокруг классный парк. Тихое место. При огромном интересе к Цецелинхофу могло сложиться ощущение аквариума.
