The historical background is what attracted us to the hotel. Unfortunately, they failoed to mention that the museum was closed - exceptionally, of course! The rooms are very average and the bathrooms lack comfort and basic amenities like shampoo and bath gel. The staff is rather unfriendly and the reception area is shameful, between two doors. No help was available for the luggage either. |

Beautiful, peaceful location yet close to Potsdam and Berlin. Large, nicely furnished room and helpful, friendly staff. Would like to have breakfast included in the room price. |

オフシーズンに泊まったためか、申し込んだ部屋よりもグレードアップされていました。とても広くて綺麗な部- 屋で快適に過ごせました。ご飯も美味しかったですし、ホテルのスタッフの方も親切でした。宮殿に泊まるとい- う、とても贅沢で素晴らしい経験ができました。 アクセスが悪いように感じます。仕方ないですが。最寄のバス停には20分おきにしかバスが来ないので中心部- に出るのが大変でした。 |

Die tolle Lage und die Geschichte des Hauses. DIe Zimmer waren sehr behaglich, besonders, als es draußen zu schneien begann und man den tollen Park- und Seeblick genießen konnte. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht und freundlich. Dieses Hotel wäre geradezu prädestiniert dazu, mehr in Richtung Wellness ausgebaut zu werden. Es gibt nur eine winzige, schon etwas betagte Sauna im Keller. Ich würde dort sicher mehrmals im Jahr ein Wochenende verbringen, wenn das Haus diesbezüglich mehr zu bieten hätte. |

古城のおもむきがあり、自然が豊かで、リラックスできました。春なら小鳥のさえずりも、よくき聞こえるでし- ょう。また訪れたいと思います。さらに、ポツダム会談の会場として、歴史をなまなましく感じました。 15年まえにも泊まったのですが(その折も秋）、その時にくらべ、今回の部屋はせまく、椅子も少し擦り切れ- いました。 |

Blomsterparken er bedårende og utrolig velpasset. Man ser fra værelset lige ud i parken og er midt i naturen, samtidig med, at du er tæt på en storby. Personalet i restauranten er meget dygtige og professionelle. Et fantastisk sted. Der er trådløst netværk på hotellet, men det er meget dyrt (8 euro i timen). Jeg skulle arbejde nogle timer hver dag, så det løb pænt op prismæssigt. Det ødelagde lidt den gode pris, vi havde booket værelset for gennem booking. com. |

Die außergewöhnliche Lage des Hotels und seine Geschichtsträchtigkeit. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, besonders das Bad. Es waren noch Haare von vorherigen Gästen im Bad. Erst auf Anfrage wurden wir zu unserem Zimmer gebracht, ansonsten hätten wir nur den Schlüssel bekommen und es uns selbst suchen sollen. Bei einem Vier-Sterne Haus hätte ich mehr Service erwartet. |

Das Hotel liegt absolut ruhig in einem riesigen Park in bester Lage und hat dadurch einen erheblichen Erholungswert. Angenehmes, aufmerksames Personal. Leider wurde weder unsere ausdrückliche Bitte nach einem daunenfreien Zimmer noch nach einem Nichtraucherzimmer berücksichtigt, das Hotel verwies darauf, dass ihnen diese Wünsche nicht übermittelt wurden. Man war dann sehr um Abhilfe bemüht. |

Die Nähe zur Geschichte, praktisch "Wohnen in einem Museum". Es gab kein Müsli zum selber anmischen. Da ich keine Milch trnke, konnte ich das fertige Birchermüsli nicht essen. Die anderen Sorten hatten Schokolade oder Flakes mit drin. |

Séjourner dans un hotel historique et de qualité, près de la ville dans un cadre nature. Les petits déjeuners sont formidables. Ce serait sympa pour les clients de l'hotel de pouvoir visiter la partie historique sans supplément. |

Das Schloss ist im englischen Landhausstil mitten in einem wundervollen Park errichtet worden, dem entsprechend bietet es eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr romantisch. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen! |

De ligging, op een half uurtje van Berlijn maar midden in de natuur, is ongelooflijk. Het eten goed vooral bij mooi weer buiten op het terras. Het gebouw is historisch, het park zeer mooi. |
