Perfectly located only 10 mins walk from the main train station. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel was clean,quiet & the food in the Restaurant was amazing. Would definitely stay there again. |

I would say this is one the best service from staff I have ever had at a hotel and we do a lot of travelling. We had a room overlooking the lake, we were not originally given this however was not a problem to be changed. Room is over a busy road so if light sleeper may be a problem. however windows shut out most noise. It could be a little warm in the middle of summer. also about a 15 min walk to down town |

Visit family and enjoyed proximity to downtown Hamburg for shopping and also sightseeing trips were close to9 public trsnsportation Thus hotel had no air conditioning and temperqature was 30 degrees. Very uncomfortable and would not stay again at this location during summer time. I would not recommend this hotel during summer time. |

This hotel is close enough to the city center while boasting its great view of the lake Alster. Just a few minutes' walk will take you to a street (Lange Reihe) which is full of restaurants and bars. Although the hotel building and interior are fairly old, the room my family stayed was large and comfortable. It seems they were offering a special discount due to the low business season and the exterior renovation on the lake side. Parking was rather difficult. Especially the tief garage (parking in B1) was small and the slope leading to it was narrow. I could find a place in the backstreet (Koppel str.) which was free of charge, instead. |

The breakfast Room was a bit small and I think you only get a good room at the front of the hotel if you pay a higher premium. So I think the rooms at the back should be a priced a bit lower. |

The hotel is directly in the city center, nice rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Bathroom a bit small. |

Friendly staff. Was first placed in room with no possibility for internet connection. Then found internet not complimentary and had to pay 29 eur for 30 days although only needing 3. Leaky window with resulting additional noise from Hamburg traffic. Creaky uneven floor in room. TV did not work. Cold shower water only during morning. |

服务人员态度好，一般都懂英文，attitude is good & everyone know English 房间没法上网，只能到大堂上无线网，虽然是免费的，但对于有网络工作需要的人就很麻烦！It's that I couldn't log on internet in my room,Iust only in reception! |

Frühstück war gut, könnte aber eine größere Auswahl sein.Service, Mitarbeiter top.Tolle Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten voll in der City. Für Städtereisende ideal. Wenig Lichtquellen in den Zimmern, viel zu kleine Betten. Könnte moderner eingerichtet sein. Innenhof war nicht ansprechend. Wenn man nicht im Haupthaus ein Zimmer hatte, mußte man über den Hof zum Frühstück ... gehen. Auch bei Regen! Fand ich nicht so toll. |

Gute Lage, Personal ist gut organisiert. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Grosse, saubere Zimmer. Zu kleiner Früstücksraum. Das Hotel sollte mindestens einen PC anbieten.(wie in einem Internet-Caffee) |

Mit hat gefallen: Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Promptheit, mit der kleine Fragen beantwortet wurden. Mit hat weniger gefallen: die Kleinheit des Zimmers, das Design finde ich schrecklich, das Sparlicht finde ich furchtbar (aber wir werden uns daran gewöhnen müssen), und die Härte der Matratze |

Lager an der Alster und sehr zentral. Frühstück hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. Zimmer sehr großzügig wenngleich die Einrichtung sehr spartanisch ist. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis geht in Ordnung. Zimmer zur Alster etwas laut. |
