The hotel is directly in the city center, nice rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Bathroom a bit small. |

as it was our first trip to germany i met nice,friendly and helpfull hotel staff. i would recomend this hotel to any british person.The food was excellent in your resturant. Keep up your good work |

Friendly staff. Was first placed in room with no possibility for internet connection. Then found internet not complimentary and had to pay 29 eur for 30 days although only needing 3. Leaky window with resulting additional noise from Hamburg traffic. Creaky uneven floor in room. TV did not work. Cold shower water only during morning. |

服务人员态度好，一般都懂英文，attitude is good & everyone know English 房间没法上网，只能到大堂上无线网，虽然是免费的，但对于有网络工作需要的人就很麻烦！It's that I couldn't log on internet in my room,Iust only in reception! |

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Also, the hotel was right on the lake, just a few steps away from several lakeside restaurants (which had indoor and outdoor seating). We were also lucky to be in Germany for white asparagus season, so there was "Spargel" on every menu. The hotel was also a short walk (10-15 minutes) from the train station and the main sites of Hamburg. We had a wonderful time. |

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Altstadt, die auch zu Fuß in 15 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Optimal ist die Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln: eine Haltestelle ist direkt in der Nähe. Das eigene Auto kann man gegen Gebühr in der Hotelgarage, aber auch kostenlos in den Seitenstraßen parken. In den Zimmern der Nebengebäude schläft man ruhig, die Zimmer mit Blick auf die Außenalster liegen an einer verkehrsreichen Straße. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig, es ließ kaum einen Wunsch offen. |

Sehr gutes Frühstücks-Buffet; Sauberkeit vorbildlich, Personal hilfsbereit. Trotz Buchung eines Premium-Doppelzimmers bekamen wir ein im Haupthaus ein Zimmer mit Blick in den Innenhof auf den Parkplatz (im Internet steht aber, daß die Zimmer im Hauptgebäude Alsterblick hätten). Auf Wunsch wurde uns ab der 2 Nacht ein Zimmer mit Alsterblick bereitgestellt - sehr schön, aber laut (schlafen bei leicht geöffnetem Fenster geht gar nicht - Straßenlärm). |

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Alsterblick, wirklich schön, doch für uns war der Geräuschpegel der Straße etwas störend, wir bekamen ohne weiteres ein Zimmer nach hinten, was dem ganzen einen großen Pluspunkt zukommen lässt. Tolles Frühstück!!!!! |
