Everything just fine

Slight banging at 0800!!!

Cute hotel, hotel staff was very friendly, location was great - 10 min walk from the center, we had a twin room 89 for two days with actually two rooms inside - one with two single beds joined together, and the other with a sofa-bed, design in the rooms was nice and modern, breakfast was not included, but for about 12 € it was a good breakfast...

The big room, where the bed was, smelled like cat's pee, we didn't try to change the room though, as the hotel was full as far as we knew, also no free Internet...my friend stayed another night in a single room, which was nice, but very small....other than that, it was a very nice hotel

The location at the Alster. The staff at the front desk( The young lady at the evening from the city of Stade was just terrific and very helpful towards us) and in the breakfast room.

We meet with the hotel manager and told him about our dinner in the Lower Deck Restaurant, and how dissapointing the service and the food preparation of his hotel restaurant was. After we shared with him our frustration he told us that he would have to investigate the problem with his College. He never even ask us to "Please sit down" and seem to be more in disbelive of us then the actual problem. He did make a adjustment to our bill. You might also look at your breakfast room as it is in desperat need of some paint around the woodwork of the chairs and doors and windows.

Closeness to both the lake Alster and to good public transport into the city centre. It is also walking distance to the city centre and close to many restaurants. Our room was spacy and the bed comfortable.

But the cupboard was not adequate, nowhere to put underwear etc. In the bathroom the usual lack of places to put your necessaires without getting them wet. Bottle of water too expensive - 3.5 Euro for 1 litre.

Large clean comfortable room, good breakfast, reasonable price for the centre of Hamburg. Cosy bar and very friendly and helpful staff with a good knowledge of English.

Drinks in the bar quite pricey and although there is a "Happy hour" in the evening between 5pm and 7pm, this is only for selected drinks which weren't specified and didn't include beer.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were very courteous and helpful and also allowed us to check in when we arrived, 3 hours ahead of schedule.

Friendly staff, good sized room with excellent view and furnished to a high standard. Great for a romantic getaway.

Sehr schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, tolles Zimmer mit riesigem Bad. Parkplatz im Hof, etwas eng aber gut gelegen. Netter Kinderservice mit Kuscheltier im Bett, unser Sohn war begeistert! Einstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage. Kostenloses WLAN im Rezeptionsbereich.

Ich war zum Radrennen in Hamburg und habe dieses Hotel gewählt,da voll auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingegangen wird,speziell auch zu diesem Anlass.So gab es für die Fahrer schon das Frühstück ab 6.00 Uhr und nach dem Rennen wurde ein Duschzimmer bereit gestellt.Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr schön.Angenehmes Ambiente,moderne Möbel.Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam.

Die Lage an der Außenalster ist sehr schön, das Zimmer war ruhig. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und entgegenkommend. Jederzeit gern wieder.
