Everything just fine

Slight banging at 0800!!!

The location at the Alster. The staff at the front desk( The young lady at the evening from the city of Stade was just terrific and very helpful towards us) and in the breakfast room.

We meet with the hotel manager and told him about our dinner in the Lower Deck Restaurant, and how dissapointing the service and the food preparation of his hotel restaurant was. After we shared with him our frustration he told us that he would have to investigate the problem with his College. He never even ask us to "Please sit down" and seem to be more in disbelive of us then the actual problem. He did make a adjustment to our bill. You might also look at your breakfast room as it is in desperat need of some paint around the woodwork of the chairs and doors and windows.

Friendly staff, good sized room with excellent view and furnished to a high standard. Great for a romantic getaway.

Breakfast was expensive

Wir waren vom Service und der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter begeistert. Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Hintergebäude, was besonders ruhig war. Das Frühstücksbüffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Bis zur Haltestelle Buslinie 6 sind es 3 min Fußweg, so dass alles schnell erreichbar ist.

Preis / Leistung im Verhältnis zur Lage

- Très bien situé face au lac Alster. - Etablissement très bien tenu et confortable. Joliment décoré. Service attentionné (réception-salle de restaurant). Belles chambre et salle de bain. Petit-déjeuner buffet ouvert jusqu'à 11 heures (copieux et bon). - Quartier très agréable juste derrière l'hôtel ( Schmilinskystrasse et Lange Reihe), terrasses-cafés, boutiques, restaurants. Atmosphère un peu bohème. - Trajet à pied 20 minutes depuis la gare Centrale et 25 minutes à pied par le lac pour le centre ville affaires. A recommander.

sehr kleine Tiefgarage und wenig Außenparkplätze für 10 € am Tag m.E. zu teuer

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr nette Empfangsdame, die uns einfühlsam unterstützte, als wir wegen Krankheit meines Mannes früher abreisen mussten.
