Location of the hotel to the Harz mountains. My wife and I stayed at the hotel and were dissapointed with the facilities. Considering that it wasn't peak season when we stayed, and the hotel wasn't full, the hotel could not offer us any treatments from their wellness package. They were fully booked up because they only had a few staff that were working in the wellness centre. |

Die Wellnessanlagen und der Barbetrieb im Bereich der Rezeption waren sehr gut Unser Zimmer war klein, hatte schräge Decken (Dachgeschoss) und lag direkt am Liftschacht, so dass wir nur mit Hörschutzmitteln schlafen konnten. |

Der Wellness-Bereich sehr gut. Die Lage etwas abseits vom Trubel sehr gut und daher auch sehr ruhig. Dennoch ist der Ort Braunlage bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr kinderfreundliches Umfeld. Familien sind sehr willkommen. Frühstück sehr gut! Auch das Abend-Buffet war excellent und mit € 20,00 ein sehr faires Preisniveau. Sehr gute Bedienung. Die Tiefgarage trägt dazu bei, dass von den Autos eben nicht viel zu sehen ist Naja, das französische Bett war für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig klein, aber die gute Matratze hat alles ausgeglichen. Dennoch könnte das Doppelzimmer etwas größer sein. Aber auch daran haben wir uns gewöhnen können, weil alles sehr funktional - z.B. großer Schrank - eingerichtet ist. |

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, freundl. Hotelmitarbeiter, sehr gutes Frühstück und das Abendessen war auch sehr gut. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hat eine hervorragende Lage! Leider stand in der Hotelbeschreibung, dass W-Lan im gesamten Hotel Kostenfrei zu nutzen ist, was aber nicht stimmt. Nur in der Hotellobby hat man kostenfreien Internetzugang und da unser Zimmer in dr 3. Etage war, war es sehr nervig bis zur Lobby zu fahren. Das ist sehr schade!!! |

Personeel was vriendelijk. En heerlijk, alles rookvrij. We hadden de indruk, dat internet gratis was. Maar je moet toch aan T-mobil 8 euro voor 60 min. betalen. Ook jammer, maar dat wisten we, 7 euro per dag voor die prachtige parkergarage. Aantrekkelijk zou zijn: Parkeren en internet gratis. |

Nähe zum Stadtkern u.trotzdem ruhig gelegen.Schöne Saunalandschaft,angenehmes Klima Speisesaal,Bedienung u.Service top. Keine Minibar auf dem Zimmer,Tresor fehlt ebenfalls.Für die Saunalandschaft wäre ein Bademantel angebracht den man an der Rezeption abholen muss,für eine Reinigungs-Gebür von Stück 7 Euro.unakzeptabel.Für das Parkdeck 3 Etagen ebenfalls Gebühr 7 Euro.Ein oder zwei Nächte geht das,aber länger ist das teuer.Auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Hotel war kein Platz. |
