Extremely clean room and bathroom, great location near the Zoo, good breakfast. Very old room, not a 3 star hotel, end up beiong too expensive for the level of confort it offers. A renovation would solve the problem. |

the main thing is its location of course. 15 steps from ku'damm and in the very vicinity of Zoologosche garten station, from which you can reach any point of the city, especially mitte (direct line). plus major berlin shops (like KaDeWe), zoo, lots of cozy restaurants, famous destroyed church and so on. and at the same time, it's very quiet location, which of why no noise wakes you early the major thing that disappointed me was the absence of a safe in my room. i had a significant sum of money and worried a lot leaving the hotel. regarding the cost of stay, everthing else is ok |

Bra pris med tanke på läget vid Kurfurstendamm och relativt rent ...men utslitet, med för liten kontinental frukost, inte mycket till service och hotellet hade stora problem med rumproportionerna. |

Zentrale Lage war sehr gut. Vor allem Nähe zu einem Bahnhof, da es wirklich noch Menschen gibt, die Zug fahren und nicht mit Parkplatzsuche beschäftigt sind. Check in und out ging sehr zügig und man war sehr freundlich - das hat man leider nicht überall. Anzumerken ist auch noch, dass es Raucherzimmer gibt !!! Man fühlt sich als Raucher nicht schon vorverurteilt ! üBer nichtgefallen fällt mir nichts ein. Alles okay. |

Hotelpersonalet. Foreslår at hotellet fremstår som et 2-stjernet hotel i stedet for et 3-stjernet. Det passer bedre på hotellet generelt. Sengen på mit værelse var dårlig og knirkede højt når jeg vendte mig eller bare bevægede mig en lille smule. |

Rimelig flinke mennesker I receptionen. Hotellet burde være registreret som et 2-stjernet hotel - ikke 3- stjernet. Så er man bedre forberedt på vilkårene. |

- Bassissima qualità e confort inesistente, palazzo vecchio, non ristrutturato le camere, benché pulite lasciano molto a desiderare, sopra tutto il bagno che andrebbe completamente rifatto. |

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, ondanks dat het een oud bedrijf is probeert men er wel wat van te maken. Refurbishing is in deze tijd wel een must, maar dat gaan ze ook doen. |

bardzo dobra lokalizacja, przyjazny personel, obfite sniadanie halasliwy automat z napojami w korytarzu, ktory w dodatku zezarl mi 2 euro nie dajac nic w zamian! halas na zewnatrz (roboty uliczne) - rozumiem, ze to niezalezne od hotelu, ale powinno sie uprzedzic, ze akurat w tym okresie jest cos takiego. A na sniadanie przydalby sie tez twarozek, nie kazdy lubi wedliny od rana! |
