Excellent food & helpful staff. Prune flavoured sweets were unusual touch! Hotel very convenient to city centre & trams which we'd have been lost without as we're a mature couple who tire easily. Tasteful decor & comfortable beds. Resturant closed on Sundays for evening meals, though a member of staff, when asked told us were was open. Had to go to lobby each morning for tea or coffee no facilities in room so couldn't have a cuppa on return to hotel. |

The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was very helpfull and polite. The room was good value for money. We will definitely stay again everything was very good. No faults found |

The location is very good - walking distance to shops, the Schloss & park, the main train station. It is also on a main tram line - with trams that come very often and run through the night. |

Es ist lebendiges Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeptionisten waren 1 A. Obwohl es ein modernes Hotel ist, ist es nicht unpersönlich und kalt. Die Zimmer sind einfach ,aber sehr schön und schlicht eingerichtet. Bar und Restaurant waren gut besucht. Es ist ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel! |

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in der Oststadt von Karlsruhe. Die Nähe zur Stadt ist hervorragend. Der Bereich, in dem das Frühstück angeboten wird, hat sehr viel Behaglichkeit. |

cortesia del personale, ambienti spaziosi, parcheggio all'interno dell'hotel, silenzioso e confortevole, abbastanza adiacente al centro. colazione troppo costosa, vi sono altri hotel che danno lo stesso servizio ma con costi ben inferiori, un siggerimento: diversificare il costo e non il servizio per le colazioni di lavoro da quelle degli ospiti dell'hotel. Parcheggio troppo caro, 15 euro per un giorno solo, il parcheggio non è poi così centrale... |

Utilizan el Hall (reception) para hacer aperitivos de bodas y otros actos sociales y esto supone una gran incomodidad para los huespedes del Hotel. Es un aspecto muy importante que tienen que modificar. Los aperitivos y otros actos sociales los deben hacer en otros lugares, tienen salas anexas, cafetería y restaurante donde pueden hacer esos actos. |

De ontvangst was erg vriendelijk. Ook het diner en avondeten waren van uitstekende kwaliteit. Vriendelijk personeel. Karslruhe is ook een verrassend mooie stad met heel veel mooie luxe winkels. Dat het ontbijt niet was inbegrepen. |
