Friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to the Frankfurt Airport. Stable and fast WiFi connection. Free parking. Bathroom was not very clean. Breakfast is expensive.

Very nice place and the staff was amazing...Clean and very new accomodations...Great food in the restaurant... We made reservations for 4 adults and a 12 yo child and When We got to the hotel We got a room for a max of 4 people.

Goede prijs-kwaliteit: nette kamers, degelijk ouderwets Duits eten (incl. Prima locale rode wijn), prima ontbijt, gunstig gelegen bij de Karlsruhe-Basel route. Aardig is ook de eigen branderij, sinds meer dan 100 jaar. Een ouderwets familiehotel met gastvrije mensen. Wij betaalden met 2 volwassenen, 2 kinderen, 2 gangen eten voor 4 personen incl. Wijn én een lokaal flesje uit de eigen branderij € 250. Dan zijn weliswaar de kamers niet supergezellig, maar dan moet je verder niet zeuren

The staff was very nice and dressed professionally. The hotel rooms had plenty space and towels. Many staff spoke English, which made our conversations flow smoother. The room heated very fast. And hot water for .5 people. The food was quite expensive.

This was our first experience in a German hotel and it was very nice for our family. The hotel is family owned which was a plus. The room itself had nice mountain views and a cozy balcony. It also had a nice sized bathroom and the shower had good water pressure and very hot water, definitely a plus! They offered a true German breakfast in the morning that was very fresh tasting. The wait staff were always kind and had warm smiles to greet us with. They also had their own restaurant but we never ate there due to traveling beyond the area; however the restaurant was very busy each night and I assumed that meant it had good food. All in all a very nice hotel stay. I wish I could have had a free standing fan, only due to the stuffiness in the room at night, but I did keep the balcony door open which helped some.

When we had not shown for breakfast, they actually called our room to offer it to us. That as very nice. Good dinner the night before too. The water temperature was horrendous in the shower. One second scalding hot then freezing cold.

The hotel comfortably accommodated my family of five. The included breakfast was nice but little variety from day to day. Very frIendly staff. Major refurbishing and construction going on which made an afternoon rest impossible.

L’hôtel est dans un cadre joli (Le temps n'était pas au RdV). Le personnel sympathique. La chambre bien dimensionnée, sobre, propre. Le repas excellent ainsi que le service.

La gestione familiare dell'Albergo mi è molto piaciuta.Personale disponibile e molto gentili nonostante le difficoltà con la lingua tedesca. La prima sera avevamo la stanza fredda ma sono intervenuti subito per riparare il riscaldamento per cui tutto O.K. Ottima la cucina del ristorante ed anche il prezzo. Lo consiglierei a chi vuole fare una vacanza in mezzo alla campagna e vedere la Foresta Nera Abbiamo trovato alcune formiche nella stanza anche se non abbiamo capito da dove arrivavano.....comunque in campagna può anche succedere.

Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen gemütlichen Eindruck und wird anscheinend kontinuierlich modernisiert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist bei einem Preis Von 49 Euro inkl Frühstück in Ordnung Wlan hat in Zimmer 26 definitiv nicht funktioniert (weder am pc noch am Handy), da kein Empfang Bzw. Mit etwas Glück ein Balken. Es waren Bauarbeiten an der Fassade und das Gerüst war direkt mit am Zimmerbalkom aufgebaut, von daher haben Sie Bauarbeiten direkt vor Ihrer Tür...

El restaurante y desayuno no están mal; la ubicación no es mala, tipo gasthouse Las habitaciones son manifiestamente deficientes, lugubres, mal amuebladas y no dan sensación de limpias. Luz artificial escasa, lo que hoy día no tiene mucho sentido, dada la existencia de luminaria de bajo consumo. Desde luego, el hotel no está a la altura de las 3 estrellas que anuncia, pues cualquier gasthouse en Alemania, sobre todo en el medio rural, es sensiblemente mejor. Muy por debajo de la media, y por supuesto una relación calidad precio malísima, teniendo en cuenta el país. Como digo, un gasthouse tipo en Alemania, suele ser bastante mejor a menos de la mitad de precio
