The hotel is super close to the train station and the city centre. The bed was comfortable, nice covers and pillows (not too high). The shower gel was very nice!

Excellent location. Great breakfast included. Internet was not working properly, but they refunded. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. Great value for money!!!

I liked the friendlinessof the staff. They were also very helpful when I enquired about restuarants and out of the 4 recommended restuarants we ate in 2 which were lovely great food, great value and great athmosphere. The hotel is spotlessly clean, breakfast fantastic. I would certainly come back if only for the breakfast! Enjoyed the swimming pool. Its small and definitely not heated but comfortable when you do get in. As my son is in University in Bonn I will definitely stay in the Gunnewig on my next visit.

Pleasant ambiance, immaculately clean, well positioned, close to railway station and town centre, but still very peaceful. helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

I mostly liked the calm and friendly atmosphere, the professionalism and comptence of the personnel, the excellent food and last but not least, the keystone location in the hearth of Bonn.

Really great staff. Competent, friendly, and helpful. The location near the train station was excellent and it was only a 15 minute walk to my meetings on Kaiserstrasse. The bank right across the street. Was also very convenient although I am sure you did not plan that!

The downstairs bar was in transition and did not have a wide selection of drinks but the new bartender was very nice and very talented. The WiFi connection in my room didn't work with my iPad, so I had to use 3G. Free WiFi is always appreciated. Perhaps it could just be included in the room cost?

You had to pay for Wifi, for 1 day ended up paying almost 40 euros. Unacceptable. This overshadowed everything else I am afraid.

I picked this hotel for its location: it's right in downtown Bonn close to all public transportations. I parked my car when I arrived and didn't use it for my entire stay (4days). The train runs by about 50 meters away which had me concerned about noise but rooms have 2 sets of double pane windows and I didn't here anything.

No free Internet, parking is 15€ per 24 hrs., breakfast buffet 13€, but there are many cafes around and wifi hotspots

Located few steps away from Bonn-Hbf, it was a great value for the money. The internet wasnot included, but you can buy 24h access for 9 euros including a drink in its elegant bar.

The only thing I didn't like was the pillow: it was very soft and shapeless.

The hotel is in a good location near the Bonn Hauptbahnhof and an easy walk to all the attractions in the city. The underground parking was great. There is a fee to park, but the hotel let us leave our car in the garage for the afternoon after we checked out at no extra cost. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a very good selection of both hot and cold foods. The restaurant was open all day and had nice seating areas both indoors and outdoors. The decor is a bit generic but pleasant and clean.

The hotel is quite large so we felt a bit anonomous, but the staff was always helpful when we asked for anything. Our room was a little on the small side but quite adequate for two people.

The swimming pool and sauna were great. Plus the staff allowed us to book in at 9.30am which was great. The room had a bath but no fridge. The location near the central rail station aw beaut.

Hotel is centrally located near to city center and shopping area and the main train station. Luckily we were faced on the street side on the backside you would have the trains passing by frequently.

The hotel is quite old fashioned and rooms need updating. Mattresses were very hard and was killing my back in the morning. Breakfast was good but not extraordinarily!

The facilities were very good. The breakfast buffet was very good for the price and the indoor pool was a great activity for the kids after spending the day in downtown Bonn.

The swimming pool was nicely situated and very well taken care of. The breakfast was great. Parking space was very well organized.

We would have appreciated a water boiler for tea and coffee in the room.
