Uncompetent and unpolite service, no parking place (despite we already had the confirmation) problems to put the crib we ordered with 1 week notice, finally crib without mattress and sheets so we improvised with coats and towels. We lodge a complaint.

Location good as I was working at Zeil Shopping Centre which was a few minutes walk away. Room, although basic,was clean,comfortable and warm. Great shower if a little cramped. Nothing really. Some people maybe put of by location,being on the interface of a 'seedy' district.

Convient location When I selected to stay in this, it is residence and on web site it says refrigirator and kichen are eqiupped but it wasn't , it has to be shared and I need to change the room. More the people was not kind they made me upset.

When we arrived at the Residence we had to check in at City Hotel which was literally next door. The staff advised us that the Residence only has twin rooms even though we requested a double at booking.com. However the hotel changed our room and we stayed at the City hotel. This was nice and clean, location was great and near the city centre, shopping mall and public transport. The bathroom was small but something we could manage with. Overall I would stay here again as it was value for money 50euro per night.

Not so many guests Noisy on the street durung nights, kitchen is a detail of interior. It does not functioned. No cattle, no kitchen utensils. Stuff is not attentive. The day before we asked moning call and requested a taxi to airport through reception.Receptionist fogot about our request.

Custo-benefício e localização muito bom. Não consegui vaga no estacionamento. O carro ficou na rua, e a partir das 8 horas da manhã em dias úteis, é necessário pagar parquímetro.

قريب من نهر الراين + ممتاز وملائم للسكن ليوم او يومين بالكثير اللوبي صغير جداً وهو منفصل في العمارة المجاورة ويجب عليك الخروج من العمارة والذهاب إليه في العمارة المجاورة + الانترنت لايصل لكامل الغرفه

Отель удачно расположен - в одном квартале от главной торговой улицы города. Рядом станция метро. Просторный и чистый номер. Без излишеств, но есть всё необходимое - даже небольшая кухня, правда, без чайника. Удивительно низкая цена. Мелких недостатков много, но все они с лихвой компенсируются ценой...

Die Lage ist natürlich sehr zentral, gerade für den Preis. Das Zimmer wirkte ein wenig verwohnt. Die Duschkabine war defekt und das Bad wies Schimmelspuren auf. Das Zimmer wirkte nicht gut gereinigt, allerdings war die Toilette super geputzt.

Lage im Rotlicht- Distikt mit Drogen-Mileu. Falsche und täuschende Beschreibung der Ausstattung (elegantes Zimmer, Hausschuhe, Warmgetränke- Bereitung möglich) Stattdessen abgenutzte Ausstattung, abgenutzte Tapeten und Bodenbeläge, müffeliges Duschbad, keine Service- Mappe trotz Ankündigung, stillose Einrichtung. Uneinsichtige Rezeption, die mir am Ende zu verstehen gab, ich wäre nur darauf aus, die Stornogebühren zu sparen.

Gera vieta,visai šalia buvo kalėdine mugė ir senamiestis Užsisakėm šį viešbutį dėl kambaryje įrengtos virtuvėlės.Nors virtuvėlė ir buvo,tačiau visiškai be virtuvės įrankių,net dėl virdulio reikėjo paprašyti registratūroje.

Oikein mukava perushotelli. Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Erinomainen sijainti julkisen liikenteen solmukohdassa. Lähi kortteleissa runsaasti kahviloita ja ravintoloita.

Pulizia delle camere con cambio di biancheria ogni giorno. Personale in reception gentile. Reception aperta 24h su 24h. Vicinissimo al centro. Presente angolo cottura ma senza stoviglie, inutilizzabile!!Spengono i riscaldamenti a mezzanotte.

Très bien placé, propre, bon petit déjeuner. Il y a une petite cuisine, mais pas d'ustenciles - impossible de chauffer de l'eau sur les plaques électriques - pas de bouilleoire. Peut être, faut-il la demander, mais ce n'est pas pratique. Dommage.
