Everything is good or very good except for beds and pillows which are very uncomfortable.

The room was quite spacious. The room has an empty fridge as well as plates and cutlery so we could buy food in the nearby supermarket and eat in the room. The hotel is about 2-3 minutes walk from the station and there is a big supermarket within 5 minutes walk too.

The free wifi asks for the user name and password every 10 minutes or so which we found very annoying. The waitresses in the restaurant in the hotel were rather unfriendly (they don't smile at all...).

Staff were very helpful and breakfast was great. Close to the train station for an easy ride into Salzburg.

Location is ok, however much worse than the hotels Axelmannstein or Louisenbad, which also are nicer

The hotel is completely dated. Far from a 4-star hotel. I'd rather say 2-star. The rooms are very old fashioned, the furniture is worn and very used. The entire hotel feels like stepping into something from 30 years ago. The operations is highly unprofessional and not well run.
