“ The v alue for the cost of this hotel far exceeded expectations What really appealed to me was the country fresh air. Being able to use room with the windows open. The staff spoke very good english and all with the exceptation on one girl were the most courteous and extremely helpful. I rate this hotel very highly. ”

The v alue for the cost of this hotel far exceeded expectations What really appealed to me was the country fresh air. Being able to use room with the windows open. The staff spoke very good english and all with the exceptation on one girl were the most courteous and extremely helpful. I rate this hotel very highly. There was not a single dislike. As I was travelling throughout Germany by way of motor vehicle this was the ideal location, however if you did not have transport, then you will have great difficulty.

Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Fahrplanausdruck im Zimmer, Stadtplan zum Mitnehmen an der Rezeption.Freundliches Personal. Gemütliche Lobby um am Abend zu entspannen.

Das Hotel war wirklich reizend. Alles hat super geklappt, einschliesslich Internet Anschluss. Dann fiel mir noch mein wertvoller Ring in den Ausguss und das Hotel betrieb einen Mordsaufwand ihn heraus zu bekommen und mir unverzüglich zuzusenden. Ich kann das Residenzhotel wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder gerne dort Gast sein. nichts. Es war perfekt.

Flughafentransfer incl. Im Pkw auch für 1 Person Abgemacht war Abholung am Flughafen zur festen Zeit Wurde aber vergessen , muste Mich im Hotel melden erst dann fuhr jemand los

Spätes Abendessen im Hotel war möglich, Personal höflich und unkompliziert. Hotelzimmer einfach eingerichtet, aber sauber. Frühstück insgesamt gut. Parkplatz war überfüllt, Garage ausser Betrieb. Jedoch Parken auf der Straße kein Problem gewesen.

Die besonders familiäre Atmosphäre. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbüfett. Sehr gute Lage. sauberes und ordentliches Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen. Eine sehr ruhige Umgebung mit der Gelegenheit zu ausgiebigen Ausflügen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

die lage zur messe war sehr gut,zumal vom hotel aus ein shuttle-bus geboten wurde.so konnte man das auto bequem beim hotel stehen lassen und hat sich die lästige parkplatzsuche erspart. das personal war freundlich und auskunftsfreudig. frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend für unsere bedürfnisse und schön angerichtet. die kopfkissen könnten dicker sein,man hatte das gefühl,überhaupt kein kissen zu haben. dass das hotel in der einflugschneise liegt,ist nachts sehr unangenehm und an einen guten schlaf ist nicht zu denken.

Das ich ein Zimmer für gehbehinderte bestellt habe, d.h. eine ebenerdige Duhe. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es ein solches Zimmer nicht gäbe. Ich frage nach, weshalb man mich nicht per e-mail darüber benachrichtige, Antwort: dies wäre Ihnen bei der Bestellung nicht mitgeteilt worden. Interessant ist, das es einen behindertengerechten Parkplatz gibt und auch ein solcher zu Gang. Ein solcher Umgang mit Schwerbehinderten ist unmöglich und auch vom Gesetzgeber nicht gewollt.

das Ambiente im Haus an sich war sehr schön schöne Einrichtung und Dekoration - ich fand es relativ teuer, dafür, dass es nicht in der Stadt liegt - Sauna muss extra bezahlt werden
