That the hotel has an own parking space. It was near the centre and my first impression that the staff could speak english. We hope that this language will improves more german people. And to internet without to be charge for is what more hotels must do. Our room was on the streetside. To crowdy and the shower has to replaced in room 106. To shower you have to hold this in your hand. Also the cabin can be replaced. |

La chambre et ses équipements très bien. Salle de bain très propre, kitchinnette avec vaisselle micro-onde, cafetière et même produit lave vaisselle et café! Facilité pour stationner. Le parking est trop petit mais on peu se garer dans la rue sans problème. centro à 10min en voiture! Et le centre ville d'Essen à 15/20min. Parties communes fumeuse, les chambres aussi mais ca ne sentait pas dedans. |

Kurze Wege zur Bushaltestelle und zur Innenstadt. Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. (auch kostenfreie!) Das Frühstück ist für den Preis sehr gut. Die Anzahl des Sevicepersonals im Frühstücksraum ist zu gering. Sie kommen kaum mit dem Abräumen und Auffüllen von Tischen und Büffet hinterher. |

Het hotel ligt handig, op loopafstand van het centraal station. We hadden een ruime kamer met een apart zitje. Een degelijk hotel zonder veel luxe, maar waar het prima toeven is. De badkamer was wat krap. |

L'hôtel est situé au centre ville mais l'environnement est calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le petit-déjeuner très bien. Pas d'ascenseur pour les chambres situées dans la résidence. |

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt; man ist schnell in der Altstadt von Oberhausen und von dort schnell am Bahnhof um zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten im Ruhrgebiet zu kommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. |

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ zu wünschen übrig (begrenzte Auswahl, keine leckeren Brötchen). |

Die Lage des Hotels war super,die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett. Beim Frühstücksbüffet fehlte die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals,kein guten Morgen,kein Geschirr auf den Tischen,das Geschirr haben wir uns zusammen gesucht.Ob man Kaffee oder Tee trinken möchte.wurde nicht gefragt. |
