Hotel Residenz Oberhausen  

The staff were very friendly and helpfull especially the bar man the hotel was lovely and clean and the breakfast was fantastic value for money restraint was closed on the sat so we never got to try it but went to a steak house they recommended which was fabulous all in all lovely hotel area not so nice :( will defo go back ( Internet free ask for a code )

No kettle or coffee in room there was a fridge and microwave and a coffee maker a kettle would have been better

Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly. Most spoke at least some English. Room was comfortable. The kitchen was great to have. Bathroom was good size for Europe. Parking was not as bad as we thought it may be. The breakfast is a great value and lots to choose from. My husband and I were traveling with another couple to visit family in Oberhausen. This was the perfect place to stay. Will definitely be going back!

Excellent and helpful staff. Very clean facility. Economical.

Very cold room and no ability to adjust temperature. I had a room along the street and it was extremely noisy even for an eu hotel. Good place to stay if need a reasonable price option as it is very clean and staff is good, but the noise and cold temps made thw stay uncomfortable.

The hotel is bit out of date, but looks very nice. The rooms are decent and contain all the facilities you need. However, in my opinion a bathtub would have made the customer experience even better.

The pillows were terrible and didn't had any filling, woke up with a terrible pain in my neck. I would recomment to bring your own if possible. Altogether I would grade this hotel with a seven-point-five.

This hotel cannot be faulted. Unlike other hotels on our trip, this hotel was excellent on every level. Staff - excellent, comfort - excellent, facilities - excellent, location - excellent, breakfast - excellent - everything was excellent !

Het bed en de servic

Dat er een koffiezetapparaat & waterkoker stond maar er geen koffie & thee was, en de prijs vond het nogal aan de dure kant voor zo'n hotel.

Goede ligging, gratis parkeergelegenheid, goede prijs voor de kamer en ontbijt is goed en betaalbaar en kind is gratis. Komen is de toekomst zeker nog eens terug! Is een drie sterren hotel en perfect voor 1 overnachting.

Een heerlijk hotel, met ruime prima verzorgde kamers! vriendelijk personeel. Geweldig ontbijt

chambre propre , petit déjeuner très bien pour le prix et restaurant correcte .

Sehr positiv überrascht - schönes, grosses Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Parkmöglichkeit, freundliches Personal - sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr empfehlenswert.
