So clean and tidy. I wish I could give a more informative review but we arrived at 10pm and left at 7am. We were just there to sleep and move on. We didn't even visit Weisbaden.

Beautiful room ... modern furnishings & huge shower ... even gave us wash clothes which hadn't seen at all in a European hotel. Beautiful views overlooking the Rhine. Lovely eateries all over. next door to amazing palace which serves great food! No elevator & we were on 4th floor so bit of a work out carrying luggage up. Also, while the room was beautiful, sleeping on the mattress was like a box spring. very hard ... felt a bit like camping & sleeping on carpeted floor might have been a better option. Hotel entrance is very narrow & easy to miss ... drove by 3 times before we found it. parked in the free public parking a good distance from the hotel is OK as long as you have good rollers on your luggage.

Good location. Views of the river and a wonderful park a short walk away with castle ruins. Amazing breakfast and choices. Helpful staff. Small bathroom

We had a very good time. The only thing is that when you are traveling with a boy friend and you mother and the shower is glass and is open to the room its very uncomfortable for everyone. Its not for family.

The view from the breakfast room out onto the Rhine River was great, and breakfast itself was varied. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. I felt this hotel was not a true 4 star hotel, because of the service, amenities and accomodations.

Phantastische Lage direkt am Rhein mit Schloss und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe wenn auch sehr kleines EZ: sauber und für eine Nacht ausreichend Das Personal hätte nettere Umgangstöne pflegen können: Zum Empfang nur ein: "Ich komme ja schon". Keine Nachfrage, ob am nächsten Morgen Frühstück gewünscht sei etc. und auch die Verabschiedung am nächsten morgen fiel sehr kühl aus...warum auch immer?!? Zumindest ein: 'Danke für Ihren Aufenthalt und noch einen schönen Tag' wäre spitze gewesen.

Die Lage Bei Ihnen auf der Seite wird mit einem 4 Sterne Haus geworben und angebliche Zimmerpreisen von € 399.- die dann auf € 64 reduziert wurden. Es hat nichts gestimmt von dem was in der Beschreibung stand. Es war ein altes Hinterhaus mit einem kleinen Doppelbett.

Das Freundliche Personal, große Zimmer, modern eingerichtet Die abgetrennte Nasszelle inkl. WC sehr hellhörig und schlecht Ausgeleuchtet. Die Hauptverkehrsstrasse vor der Tür ab 4 Uhr steht man im Bett oder bekommt keine Luft mehr weil man das Fenster schließen muss, fehlt Klimaanlage zur Strassenseite man sollte daher keinen Rheinblick buchen außer man ist Straßenlärm gewöhnt.

Das Personal war sehr, sehr zuvorkommend,hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat uns aus der Not heraus angeboten den Ganzkörperspiegel eines anderen Zimmers zu nutzen. Das Hotel ist nur 1 min zuFuß vom Schloß Biebrich entfernt und eine sehr günstige und qualitativ angenehme Unterkunft, wenn man eine Festlichkeit im Schloss besucht. Man sollte jedoch darauf hinweisen, dass man ein Zimmer mit Rheinblick hat. Das ist wirklich eine schöne Aussicht. Leider hat man keinen Balkon. Leider fehlte der Ganzkörperspiegel und das Zimmer war relativ klein geschnitten. Vor allem das Badezimmer war sehr eng.

неплохое расположение. нормальный номер. хороший завтрак несоответствие заявленных в бронировке данных реальным услугам. в отеле фактически нет парковки, нет лифта, практически не работающая сантехника. часть отеля на ремонте, что улучшит ситуацию в будущем, но пока есть неудобства

Gutes Hotel, vor allem die Lage am Rhein und in der Nähe des Schlosses (inkl. Park!) ist hervorragend. Die Matratze im Zimmer war nich besonders komfortabel.
