This is an excellent hotel with a tradition of providing visitors with everything they need. The staff were very welcoming. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Residenz, and would recommend it to friends |

Everything about the Residenz was excellent - water / orange juice / coffee at reception on arrival. Friendly efficient and welcoming staff. We didn't eat in hotel as we were out and about, but food at lunchtime on arrival looked very nice. Cost of breakfast was a bit too high at 16 Euros each - we didn't use the hotel, but went to a cafe in town for an "all you can eat" buffet at about 7 Euros each (plus hot drinks if required). |

This hotel is located near the central station, and as a result, it was really difficult for me to stay in my room because of noise. They should have shutter at least for each window to reduce noise. |

The location is just excellent if closenes to the trainstation is wished for. That is definitely the only convincing argument to stay there. WE had a train at 5.58 am back to Frankfurt airport. The entrance is absolutely unexciting, needs some colours and ideas. |

Very close to train station. Quiet room. Very helpful, friendly staff, even had glasses of water or juice and apples available at check-in plus coffee in lobby all day. Restaurant was pretty good. Small bathroom. |
