Very close to train station. Quiet room. Very helpful, friendly staff, even had glasses of water or juice and apples available at check-in plus coffee in lobby all day. Restaurant was pretty good. Small bathroom. |

The staff person on duty at our arrival (I'm sorry I didn't get her name)8:30 PM on 9-30-08, was exceptional. Should be a manager. Comforters are cozy but no support pillows for sitting up in bed |

The friendliness and helpfulness of reception and restaurant staff and the quality of the room and general ambience. The evening meals in the restaurant were delicious and very well presented indeed. Please note that this review relates to both my reservations of 14-16 and 19-21 February 2008 The scrambled eggs and bacon at breakfast were not quite up to the otherwise high standard of the restaurant |
