Insuperabile il buffet della colazione; camera spaziosa, accogliente e ben arredata; intimo ed elegante il salotto presso la hall con ampia fornitura di libri a disposizione per la lettura; ottima collocazione nel centro storico e sulla riva del Danubio. Molto arduo l'ingresso in garage per le auto voluminose |

La sua posizione sul Danubio e la sua vicinanza con l'imbarco. Il fatto che il costo del parcheggio privato sia di 8€/giorno a prescindere dalle ore di occupazione (io, ad esempio, sono arrivato alle 16 ed ho pagato per un'intera giornata; analogamente, sono ripartito alle 17,30 ed ho ancora pagato per un'intera giornata) |

non si capisce di che categoria sia in quanto in un posto sono esposte quattro stelle mentre sotto l'insegna nesono esposte tre. Non offre alcun servizio tranne il minibar della camera. |

The Hotel Residenz Passau is very pretty and very charming. The location is ideal. There's a lovely view of the Danube, but it's an easy walk from the hotel to the beautiful cathedral in Passau. I would return in a heartbeat. While we were lucky to get a parking space, we had one little mishap with our car. Parking space is at a premium in Europe, and the parking garages can be very tight spaces. This hotel garage is no exception. Watch the stone wall as you pull in, to avoid scratches. Better yet, have someone get out of the car and guide you. |

The Hotel was very welcoming and the staff made us feel at home straight away. The breakfasts were really good with plenty of choice and the location by the river yet close to the town centre was excellent. No, but tea making facilities in the room would have been appreciated. |

Great location when driving into Passau. Great location for boat trips and city exploring. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and a good size. |

This is a terrific hotel. My wife and I just enjoyed Passau and this terrific hotel for a long weekend away and found it very romantic. Everything is so well done inside the hotel - very welcoming, very cozy, very inviting. We had a super time together - made very easy by this quality environment. |

Location, comfort Previously, internet was offered as free of charge. However, in my last stay, i was charged for internet use. It was not nice not to have such non-standard service. |

Excellent location for boat travelers and a fairly easy walk to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is also situated within easy walking distance of the major sights. Would definately stay again |

Удобное месторасположение - на берегу Дуная, рядом с основными достопримечательностями. Приветливый стафф - ни слова не зная по-русски, решили все возникшие вопросы ( по парковке и размещению). Отличный завтрак ! Озвучить в адресе отеля НОМЕР ДОМА! имеет смысл добавить в номер чайник. И как-то улучшить доступ в Интернет - даже со стационарного компа ни разу не удалось нормально без сбоев выйти в сеть. |

Geräumiges Zimmer Frühstück gibt es nur bis 10 Uhr am Samstag und 11 Uhr am Sonntag, wobei man bereits um 11.00 Uhr auschecken muss. |

Gute Lage, Sauberkeit. Zimmer war bei Anreise eine Baustelle, auf Nachfrage wurden wir umquartiert. Ausstattung ordentlich, entspricht aber weit eher Drei-Sterne-Niveau. |

Jó ízléssel vezetett hotel, minden nagyon rendben volt. November végén voltunk, de már gyönyörű karácsonyi díszben volt a hotel. A reggeli válozatos és finom. |
