Die Ruhe und der Blick auf den Schwielowsee haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Ausserdem die Mitarbeiterin im Wellness-Bereich Das das Gourmetrestaurant ab 15 Uhr geschlossen war und am Vortag nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde |

- zu viele Zusatzleistungen, die extra berechnet werden, nächtlicher Lärm durch eine Hochzeitsveranstaltung, Personal in Teilen schlecht geschult (für ein 5Sterne Hotel), Hotel ist an der Straße gelegen, was man aufgrund der veröffentlichten Bilder nicht erwartet |
