Hotel Restaurant Abendlokal Fritz    

Outside of building pretty uninspiring but inside all clean, fresh and modern. Located in what seemed to be a residential area. Back "garden" of restaurant made for a nice place to sit and eat/drink.

The owner , Erick , very nice person ( somethime for a frequent traveller like me is important to be welcomed by a smile and by a short conversation ). I also got a king-size room !

Nfortnately none of my 3 credit cards provided did not work ... Maybe the old guy at the reception was too blame ... But ok ... I paid by cash !

Staff were excellent, they could not do enough for you.

For longer than a night, an area for relaxing would be good.

5-star welcome. The service was excellent. Good room - large, clean, warm. Will stay here again.

Liked everything. However, note that hotel restaurant and most eating places in town are closed on Monday.

The owner was very customer oriented and it was a pleasure to know him. Will recommend the hotel to anybody althoug it was under renovation they did everything possible to make my stay very comfortable.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for refurbishment.

The friendliness of the owner and how welcome we were made. They were busy renovating the hotel so we did not see it looking at its best but it did not impinge on our stay. In fact the owner reduced the room rate as compensation.

The carpet in the room could be changed. Hotel is undergoing some upgrading so this may be on the list.

Staff was very friendly!! The room and the rest part of the hotel was very clean. Appereance of the hotel from the street gave the impression that the hotel is not so nice, but inside....it was absolutely different! It is very beautiful and nice hotel!

Nice hotel with the friendliest of staff, the owner is a true gentleman. Nothing was too much bother for him, real good guy.

Super friendly, nice rooms, and the bar is enjoyable.

Schoonmaken

Große saubere Zimmer, schlicht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöner Biergarten, schöner Frühstücksraum, zum Hof hin ruhig.

Nur als Vorschlag: im Bad wäre eine zusätzliche Möglichkeit, die Handtücher aufzuhängen ganz gut. Im Zimmer fehlt ein großer Spiegel.

Wij waren met wat we wilde over alles dik tevreden en de gastvrijheid was geweldig!!! Een dikke 10 krijgt het van ons.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Restaurant

Heel vriendelijk personeel en heel flexibel, ruime kamer en goed ontbijt. Het hotel is een aanrader want het is heel modern en de ligging aan de grens bij Enschede.

Verlichting in de badkamer kan beter, geen vitrage voor de ramen ivm beganegrond kamer naast terras.

van het begin tot het einde was alles goed. vraag 3 is moeilijk te beantwoorden omdat wij op tornooi waren maar de warme keuken is overheerlijk en ook het ontbijt is zeer goed.
