Staff were excellent, they could not do enough for you. For longer than a night, an area for relaxing would be good.

5-star welcome. The service was excellent. Good room - large, clean, warm. Will stay here again. Liked everything. However, note that hotel restaurant and most eating places in town are closed on Monday.

The owner was very customer oriented and it was a pleasure to know him. Will recommend the hotel to anybody althoug it was under renovation they did everything possible to make my stay very comfortable.

Very welcoming reception and extremely helpful staff. Very spacious rooms Very clean and well presented bedroom and bathroom Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for refurbishment.

The friendliness of the owner and how welcome we were made. They were busy renovating the hotel so we did not see it looking at its best but it did not impinge on our stay. In fact the owner reduced the room rate as compensation.

The owner was very friendly and could not do enough for us. The carpet in the room could be changed. Hotel is undergoing some upgrading so this may be on the list.

Staff was very friendly!! The room and the rest part of the hotel was very clean. Appereance of the hotel from the street gave the impression that the hotel is not so nice, but inside....it was absolutely different! It is very beautiful and nice hotel! Appereance of the hotel from the street

Nice hotel with the friendliest of staff, the owner is a true gentleman. Nothing was too much bother for him, real good guy.

CARPE DIEM, Enscheder Str. 59, Gronau. Young and Professional: das trifft auf das Restaurant zu, dass seit 2012 von einem jungen Ehepaar betrieben wird. Erstklassige Menues mit ausschliesslich frischen Zutaten, fein abgestimmte Saucen. Eine wirklich erstklassige Adresse für anspruchsvolle Küche.

Erg aardige mensen die ons verwelkomde met een drankje aan de bar,en ons wegwijs maakten.Schone kamer!Uitstekend restaurant naast hotel met vriendelijke bediening door Anja. Wij hadden kamer 2 op 14/05 2013.Opvallende sigarettenrook lucht eerst in de badkamer s,nachts geroken, en later in de hele kamer bij ontwaken. Erg onaangenaam als je niet (meer)rookt.Hoop dat dit wordt opgelost, omdat de rest goed in orde was.

Vi likte det meste vi. Nydelig frokost,hyggelig betjening,rent og pent. Dårlig parkeringsmuligheter når vi kom tilbake til hotellet litt utover kvelden. Og litt vonde madrasser.

Hier kann man nur Sagen 5 Sterne es lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen man ist ständig bemüht alles für die Zufriedenheit des Gastes zu tun, da kann sich manch 4 Sterne Hotel ein Beispiel dran nehemen. Wir werden wiederkommen Grundsätzlich hat alles gefallen, am Frhstücksbuffet kann man noch ein wenig ausbauen, aber trotzdem ausreichend.

Zeer gastvrij, eigenaar is erg betrokken en flexibel. Staat graag voor je klaar. Naast het hotel een restaurant "Carpe Diem", heerlijke maaltijden, ook erg correct en goed geregeld. Niets

alles neu. Beim Frühstückbuffet konnte man zwischen unterschiedlichen Eierzubereitungen auswählen Zimmer ging zum Garten raus. Tische, Stühle und Aschenbecher vor dem Fenster. Bei starken Rauchern ist ein öffnen des Fenster zwecks Lüftung unmöglich.
