The staff were very efficient and freindly, we had a very spacious and comfortable room and were allowed to park in the private hotel parking area. The hotel is very easy to reach from the motorway and very convenient for visiting the touristic sites of Heidelberg beingshort tram ride away. |

The staff were helpful but do not normally help with suitcases You could easily issue a location map, it was difficult to find and to park.Our bedroom looked out onto some dismal roofs; the balcony was for smokers, the ash tray, cigs all over roof needs to be cleaned. For its facilities it is expensive. |

Comfortable room, very cleaned. Quite good for a one-night visit to the town. Very near to bus line to the centrum. Difficult parking near-by the hotel and noisy street |

The staff was very accomodating, rooms were very clean, furniture was nice. they did not offer help with carrying the luggage upstairs and they did not have an elevator |

Cafe and restaurant was pleasant with kind and professional service and good food. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied. Facilities in the room was more limitited and a very small TV set was not optimal for people with reduced or poor sight. |

Good breakfast! The hotel is quite a distance from Heidelberg's Alstadt. Although a tramline runs past the hotel, specially over weekends it may take a while to get there as a tram only comes by about once an hour. |

E' un hotel senza infamia e senza lode, ho comunque apprezzato la pulizia, la tranquillita' e la relativa vicinanza al centro citta che si puo' raggiungere anche con il tram, che ferma nelle prosismita' dell'Hotel. E' piu' un ristorante con alloggio che un vero e proprio hotel. L'accesso alle camere avviene attraverso una scala ripida (caratteristica comune a molti hotel di Heidelberg) che non e' agevole per anziani e impossibile per portatori di handycap. |

Das gebuchte Einzelzimmer wurde zum Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und war sehr nett eingerichtet. Mein Hund wurde nett begrüßt und ohne Beanstandungen akzeptiert. Leider war im Hotel kein Aufzug vorhanden. Im engen Steinflur war es nicht angehm mit Koffer in der Hand einem anderen Gast zu begegnen. |

Petit déjeuner vraiment très copieux et varié - carte restaurant variée et haut de gamme. Amabilité du staff. Chambre située sur l'arrière donc très calme. Tout de meme un peu loin de Heidelberg City - les 20mn à pied indiquées sur guide semblent etre le minimum. |

albergo situato in una posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro della citta' visto che la fermata della metropolitana su rotaia si trova nelle immediate vicinanze. ottima prima colazione a buffet le camere che si affacciano sulla strada principale sono rumorose anche se vengono forniti i tappi per le orecchie. non presente impianto di condizionamento nelle camere |

La rumorosità della mia camera al I piano con finestre sulla strada principale con traffico anche di camion giorno e notte. Lo smog che abbiamo respirato. La errata interpretazione delle condizioni del prezzo dell'alloggio, che solo dopo nostra ripetuta insistenza sono state accettate da un dipendente che fortunatamente parlava italiano. |

Het hotel is op een prettige manier ingericht. De kamers en met name de badkamer zijn klein, maar voldoen aan de eisen. Het hotel is gelegen aan een drukke weg en heeft geen parkeergelegenheid. |

Geräumiges und helles Zimmer, gutes und ausreichendes Büffet für Frühstück, ausführliche Infoprospekte und Ministadtplan für Brusttasche als Informaterial auf dem Zimmer. Massiver Straßenlärm der Dossenheimer Landstrasse = Hauptausfallstrasse nach Norden, zusätzlich verstärkt durch Straßenbelag mit z.T. Kopfsteinplasterung. Schlafen bei offener Fenster nicht möglich, bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Ohrstöpseln bedingt möglich - daher nicht erholsam. Daher keine Weiterempfehlung und Wiederholungsbuchung. |
