Friendly staff, room was comfortable and very clean with a nice balcony. The food in the restaurant was excellent for dinner and the breakfast was varied and very good.

The hotel offers a good combination of reasonably priced accommodation and food at a mid-point for me on a car journey from Maidenhead UK to my holiday home in Bad Reichenhall.

Enjoyed the dinners in the restaurant. Enjoyed the good German food. Did not like all the stairs, no elevators for heavy luggage. No shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms

One of the hotel restaurant waitress was very rude and avoided serving us after I challenged her attitude. Other waitress came to help us with the service and ultimately with the final check (she was not suppossed to - it was not her table). Military members should know that there are other hotels to chose from.

The excellent restaurant. The restaurant didn't seem to have light food, such a wurst and bread, or a sandwich. Only full meals were available. The hotel would be better if it had retail items, with such as colas and crisps.

comfortable, clean room; pleasant staff; good restaurant wifi in room did not work (staff reimbursed the charges); shower drain clogged and not fixed even on second day after mentioning to hotel staff; hotel has a restaurant but not much else around.

Sauna/ Wellnessbereich ist schlecht. Fitness und Sauna in einem keinen Kellerraum untergebracht und nur durch Vorhang getrennt. Keine Möglichkeit zu ordenlichen aufhängen der Kleidung, keine abschließbaren Schränke. Bezzen auf rollen, bei jeder bewegung war das Bett in bewegung, schlechte Matratzen.

Wij reserveerden 4 kamers (2 doubles/2 singles) voor 1 nacht. Doel: tussenstop op weg naar Oostenrijk- dicht bij de snelweg, rustig, laat open, keurig ontbijt. Doubles waren in orde, singlekamers: sanitair heel netjes maar wat uit de tijd.

Im Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war es ein erstaunlich gutes Hotel. Ein tolles Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal.Hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Danke Wir bekamen für einige Zimmer ein Upgrate das war positiv!!! Hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass derjenige der gebucht hat ein Upgrate bekommen hätte!!!! Wäre meiner Meinung nach auch nomal gewesen.!!!!!

Ruime keuze in het restaurant. Nette bediening en goede kwaliteit eten Kamers in bijgebouwen, waardoor je vanuit kamer buitenom via de parkeerplaats naar het restaurant moet. Zomers mischien prima, maar in wind en regen niet. Mijn kamer erg koud, geen warm water in de verwarming 's nachts en veel lawaai van radiatoren (ontluchten van systeem noodzakelijk) Zeker geen 4 sterren hotel.

Das Frühstück war gemessen an der Gesamtqualität des Hotels überraschend gut. Zimmer schon sehr abgenutzt und wirkte schmuddelig; vor allem das Bad (Dusche) war nicht mehr in gutem Zustand. Es funktionierte im Bad keine einzige Steckdose, und im September war es ebenfalls vor allem im Bad sehr kalt (Fliesenboden), Heizung funktionierte nicht. Es fehlte im Zimmer auch ein Fön, welcher erst zwei Stunden später und nach wiederholter Aufforderung geliefert wurde. Der Dame an der Rezeption war es offenbar egal. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer war außerordentlich altbacken und wenig geschmackvoll. Auf dem Weg zum Bad befand sich genau in der Mitte des Gangs ein ca. 10 cm hoher Türstopper aus Metall für die seitliche Eingangstüre des Zimmers, an dem ich mir nachts im Dunkeln fast die Zehen gebrochen hätte. Für den Preis gibt es auf jeden Fall deutlich besseres!

Posizione incantevole vicissimo all'autostrada a pochi km dal centro citta'. Ottima la sistemazione delle camere ben arredate e pulite.colazione a buffet ottima. Anche il ristorante offre piatti veramente buoni

Ontvangst was uitstekend,alles was perfect incl.ontbijt. Heel attent I.V.M. vergeten spullen,zij nemen contact op met de gast als er iets is vergeten en proberen een oplossing te vinden om het bij de gast thuis te krijgen. Zeer goed. Voor bejaarden mensen de trappetjes naar onbijtzaal en receptie
