The staff are wonderful and they obliged by giving us the room we requested which we also stayed in last year at this time. The Restaurant is 1st Class the food is really really good. A Wonderful Hotel.

The hotel offers a good combination of reasonably priced accommodation and food at a mid-point for me on a car journey from Maidenhead UK to my holiday home in Bad Reichenhall.

Enjoyed the dinners in the restaurant. Enjoyed the good German food. Did not like all the stairs, no elevators for heavy luggage. No shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms

One of the hotel restaurant waitress was very rude and avoided serving us after I challenged her attitude. Other waitress came to help us with the service and ultimately with the final check (she was not suppossed to - it was not her table). Military members should know that there are other hotels to chose from.

The excellent restaurant. The restaurant didn't seem to have light food, such a wurst and bread, or a sandwich. Only full meals were available. The hotel would be better if it had retail items, with such as colas and crisps.

sehr schöne lage,keine verkehrsgeräusche,man kann ruhig schlafen.Sehr freundliches personal und allein wegen der küche würde ich wieder hingehen.grosser parkplatz,ein weiterer pluspunkt.

Ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten auf Junior Suite mit Balkon und Dreieckbadewanne. Die Duschmöglichkeit ist in der Juniorsuite eingeschränkt, da es an einer Haltestange für die Brause mangelt.

Mir wurde zunächst ein Zimmer zugeteilt, dass mir nicht zusagte. Als ich das reklamierte, bekam in ohne Wenn und Aber eine 80m² Suite zum normalen Preis. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man sollte wissen, dass Eselfürth nicht Kaiserslautern Zentrum bedeutet.

Habitaciones muy amplias y confortables. Situado en un paisaje muy bonito y tranquilo. La calefacción es insuficiente para el tamaño de la habitación. Pasé bastante frío. No hay ascensor para acceder a las plantas superiores.

Im Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war es ein erstaunlich gutes Hotel. Ein tolles Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal.Hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Danke Wir bekamen für einige Zimmer ein Upgrate das war positiv!!! Hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass derjenige der gebucht hat ein Upgrate bekommen hätte!!!! Wäre meiner Meinung nach auch nomal gewesen.!!!!!

Ruime keuze in het restaurant. Nette bediening en goede kwaliteit eten Kamers in bijgebouwen, waardoor je vanuit kamer buitenom via de parkeerplaats naar het restaurant moet. Zomers mischien prima, maar in wind en regen niet. Mijn kamer erg koud, geen warm water in de verwarming 's nachts en veel lawaai van radiatoren (ontluchten van systeem noodzakelijk) Zeker geen 4 sterren hotel.

Posizione incantevole vicissimo all'autostrada a pochi km dal centro citta'. Ottima la sistemazione delle camere ben arredate e pulite.colazione a buffet ottima. Anche il ristorante offre piatti veramente buoni

Ontvangst was uitstekend,alles was perfect incl.ontbijt. Heel attent I.V.M. vergeten spullen,zij nemen contact op met de gast als er iets is vergeten en proberen een oplossing te vinden om het bij de gast thuis te krijgen. Zeer goed. Voor bejaarden mensen de trappetjes naar onbijtzaal en receptie

L'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla fuori Kaiserslautern, serve la macchina per arrivare in città (4,5 Km). Le stanze sono spaziose e abbastanza pulite. Ampio parcheggio intorno a tutta la struttura. Hanno solo piumoni invernali e in estate è impossibile dormire dal caldo, tende alle finestre molto leggere quindi alle 5 di mattina era già pieno giorno in camera. Colazione abbondante ma di mediocre qualità. Internet a pagamento!
