The staff was very hospitable. The breakfast was good and diverse.

The room was nothing like the one in the photo. The window was half missing and secured with duct tape. Shared bathroom and toilet was not any better. Everything looked like it has not been changed for a few decades. Brings back memories of school field trips in the early 90's (in Eastern Europe).

The staff were very frendly and spoke good English.

top price and super clean/neat family hotel. the owners are amazing - frendly and caring, felt more like home-hosting ;)

The hotel is in a great location near the river Regnitz but not far from Bamberg. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking. The hotel has a nice beer garden which is evidently quite popular, including with locals, and the food was excellent as was the beer and wine. Breakfast was pleniful and a typical continental fare and was of good quality.

We really felt welcome - nice family atmosphere.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was excellent. This is a good budget hotel in a peaceful area out of town. Ideally suited for same sex parties or those on a tight budget. The shared toilet and shower facilities would not be to everybody liking but our party had no problems with them. There is a good bus service into town or lovely walks by the side of the river also into town.
