One of the most outstanding hotels we have visited in 40 years of travelling. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room was most comfortable, spacious, well appointed with beautiful views of the Bavarian Alps. All other facilities were outstanding. The host Mr. Weber is a chef par excellence and we experienced the most delicious gourmet dishes he prepared. No doubt - a big "thumbs up" and 5 stars. We are thinking of spending another week at Neu Meran next year.

Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals Rechnung konnte zunächst nur ohne Mehrwertsteuerausweis ausgestellte werden, mußte nachgeschickt werden, deutlich verspätet; Frühstück formell erst ab 8:00 Uhr, wurde aber umgehend auf 7:30 vorgezogen

Ich fand gut, daß der Chef persönlich gekocht hat. Das Abendessen war sehr gut ausgesucht und zubereitet, auch im unteren Preisbereich. Ich fand das Frühstücksbuffet-bis auf den Kaffee- verbesserungswürdig.Für uns als späte Frühstücker waren die guten Sachen nicht mehr da. Bestimmte Aufschnittsorten und Brot waren nicht frisch, Brötchen wohl aufgebacken.

Lage ist ruhig mit einem tollen Blick. Das Servicepersonal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Hotelchef gab uns Tipps für Wanderrouten. Das Essen war sehr. Die überschaubare Karte hat uns nicht gestört, es war für jeden etwas dabei. Einrichtung ist aus den 70er Jahren. Wellnessbereich enttäuschend.

Dit is een uitstekend hotel prijs/kwaliteit. Het personeel is attent, uiterst vriendelijk en zeer bekwaam. Een héél goede keuken. De ligging van dit hotel is daarenboven onbeschrijfelijk mooi. Op de helling van een berg uitkijkend over de vallei en tegenover de bergen. Alle kamers hebben een terras met uitzicht over de vallei. Een echte aanrader voor wie van rust en luxe houdt.

Chambre superbe ( 50 m2) + terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Bon petit déjeuner. Le diner et le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse sont sublimes. Bonne localisation pour visiter la région. La piscine minuscule et surchauffée. La déco un peu surchargée..

Die fachlich hohe Kompetenz, sowie herzliche Art des Inhabers als auch seiner Mitarbeiter/Innen. Sehr ruhige und Lage mit herrlichem Panoramablick. Sehr gute Gourmetküche, die auf individuelle Wünsche der Gäste eingeht. Keine negativen Kritikpunkte.

Inhaber und Personal, wunderschöne Lage, Ruhe und Naturnähe außerhalb der Stadt (Reichenhall), vorzügliche (Abend-)Küche. Das Hotel profitiert auch von den Wellness-Angeboten der Stadt. Außerhalb der Saison waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Dadurch sind gelegentlich kleine "Fehler" der Aufmerksamkeit des Personals entgangen.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night (two double rooms), because we were on our way back home. Due to traffic jams, we arrived late in the evening at 21h30 and did not have the opportunity to enjoy the nice environment. The next morning, our children were happy to spent some time in the spa where they were all alone. The (bath)rooms were very clean with a nice view on the mountains, breakfast buffet also very well. Hotel recommended for elderly people who like to take a break or have calm holidays in a comfortable place.

Sehr schönes Doppelzimmer. Durch die erhöhte Lage des Hotels schöner Blick über Bad Reichenall in die Berge. Die Qualität des Essens bei der von uns gewählten Halbpension (23 Euro) war außergewöhnlichz gut.
