Good location. I`t needed to be noticed, that hotel closes at 9! It means, than there is nobody there. I came to it at 10-30 and I had to spend all night at the street because phone they left is located in the restaurant and nobody were there. When I had check out they ask me all money I had to pay in spite of the night I spend at the street. I tried to pay my bill with Visa electron card and with Mastercard, but their bank system didn`t want to take it I spent about half an hour trying to pay, then I had to go to nearest bank to get cash and cash machine told me, that everything is OK with my card. So It was the worst service I`ve ever had.

Die Matraze war gut. Frühstück war schlecht. Es gab nur Aufbackbrötchen, kein frisches Brot nur verpacktes Vollkornbrot. Kommentar der Bedienung: Das können wir hier nicht anbieten! Das Frühstückzimmer ist auch sehr beengt. Die Bedienung war überfordert. Das Zimmer war klein und extrem hellhörig. Wenn jemand auf dem Flur war, hatte ich das Gefühl derjenige ist bei mir im Zimmer. Das Frühstückszimmer war gleich gegenüber. Ab 6:30 h war es sehr laut.

Hotel davvero ottimo, il ristorante offre una cucina di altissimo livello ma è anche ad altissimo costo! Buona la prima colazione Assenza di wifi e il personale poco gentile

freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Restaurant! sehr kleines Zimmer, der Kleiderschrabnk fand nur Platz vor einem der beiden Fenster. Im Zimmer hörte man jeden Schritt im Flur. Noch kleineres Bad, hier z.B. Reste einer abgebrochenen Halterung in der Duschkabine. Frühstücksraum ohne Aussicht (nur Oberlichter). Die Fotos sind extrem günstig aufgenommen und geben einen viel zu positiven Eindruck

Goed schoon. tippisch Duits ontbijt in centrum Wiesloch. Restaurants en wijn stube in de buurt. tomtom heeft mooeite met laatste 100 mtr om het te vinden

Ruhige Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, schnelle Verbindung nach Heidelberg und in die Umgebung Das Frühstück war recht nicht sehr reichhaltig.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt. Eine wirklich sehr schöne Lage. Die Parkplätze sind dort kostenlos. Das Hotel ist recht klein dafür allerdings irgendwie urig. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, Allerdings mussten wir dafür unsere Koffer drei Etage hoch schleppen und das über eine sehr enge Treppe. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß und hatte eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Eine richtige Dusche mit Glaswänden. Also nicht in der Wanne und so ein ekeliger Vorhang. Das hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Von unserem Zimmer aus im Dachgeschoss ging noch eine sehr steile Treppe nach oben zum Spitzboden. Dort war noch ein Miniwohnzimmer eingerichtet. Sehr schwer zu finden und da das Hotel zum Resaurant gehört, findet man am Hotel nur eine Info, dass die Schlüssel im Restaurant abzuholen sind. Und so ist es auch. Es werden einem nur die Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt. Ein sehr unpersönlicher Empfang. Zimmer und Frühstücksraum sowie Fluchtwege muss man dann halt selbst erkunden. Das Frühstück war sehr reduziert. Den Kaffee gab es nur in ganz stark - die Maschine war angeblich nicht anders einzustellen-

Wir hatten ein sehr großzügig ausgestattetes Zimmer, sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und auch das Essen im historischen Restaurant ist sehr lecker Es gibt auch sehr sehr kleine Zimmer, zum selben Preis. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, das Hotel ist sehr verwinkelt. Für gehbehinderte Menschen sind die oberen Zimmer schlecht.

Location was good with many excellent resturants within a 5 min walk of the hotel. We used the hotel as a base to go to the German f1 gp and the hockenheim track was a plesent 15 min drive away. Hotel very clean, staff very friendly and excellent parking right outside the hotel door. Few people in the area speak English, but with a little school German we managed fine.
