Great location. Made it easy to take our breakfast early because of our schedule. We did have 2 flights of stairs. No problem for us but may not be for everyone. People very frienly

The location was fantastic - close to the town centre, close to walks and in a lovely valley. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

Situated in a quiet area just outside the old town of Fussen a 10minute walk away from the centre. The room was all I expected with a lovely veranda to sit out on an evening with a lovely view of the alps as a backdrop. Also a short walk from the river falls. A great setting with a good restaurant and bar and staff who were very friendly throughout my two days stay. Will definately return if I visit Fussen again which is a beautiful old town

Great quiet location and a nice relaxing place with outside bar area

This was a very cozy hotel. It was a bit confusing to find because we didn't know the area. You have to walk/drive up a hill that looks like it is private property but when you pass the rocks it is a whole different part of the city. It is within walking distance to mostly everything you would want to do in this city. The castles are just a 8min or less ride by bus or taxi. We really liked how cozy this place was. The beds were comfortable and very large and sturdy. The bathroom was very clean and had a large shower/bathtub. Big enough for two people and they even gave you bubble bath :) Breakfast in the morning was extensive. Breads, meats, cheeses, eggs, jams, danishes, etc.

This hotel was the best among several others I have stayed in during a 17-days Eurotrip. The location at the edges of a forest and lakes was beautiful, the hotel itself has a lovely cottage design, the interior has an ancient wooden design, very few rooms, only 2 floors, very friendly staff, polite, and smiling, nice simple breakfast, very delicious dinner ( I had a lemongrass soup and steak), Family owned and operated so the owner and his wife are among the guests serving them with a smile. It was a good stay

We only had a very short over night stay, but the staff were lovely and made us a packed lunch for our check out day, as we were leaving early before breakfast. The staff were also very helpful in trying to locate the person who had parked our car in.

Limited parking - however there is a shopping centre about a 5 minute walk away where you can leave your car if you need to. The floor was also very squeaky, it didn't bother us, but not sure if the people below us could here it, would be annoying if they could.

The hotel is very nice and cozy! The staff was just amazing - we had not informed the hotel in advance that we would arrive later than 20.00 (although it was requested in reservation form), and were so much surprized that hotel hosts left a special letter for us at the door and left a key so that we could enter the hotel and accomodate despite very late arrival. That was so nice! Very nice people, very helpful. The hotel is very clean, room was just exactly what it is on the pictures in the internet. We even had a terrace. The breakfast was not too diversified, but very tasty ans pretty much sufficient. Also, the location of the hotel is rather convenient - just 10 minutes walk from train station. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very tasteful and clean and in a delightful location, away from the busy traffic in Fussen but within an easy walk of the town centre, close to the river and with views of the mountains. We had a good sized room with very comfortable facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have been there before and will definitely stay there again.

Our only comment is that parking can be a bit of a problem at busy times.

Absence in shower any hooks, hangers for clothes. It was very difficult, in my case, because lived in room with the adult daughter.

Decoration is warm and cozy in the hotel. Room is tidy and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The beer garden restaurant inside the hotel is good and enjoyable. Location is OK, just 15mins walk from the Fussen main station.

No Elevator in the hotel which is hard for people who carring the heavy luggages. Mattress and pillow are too soft.

No lift and internet works only in the corridors. But these are not major problems as there are only two floors and the internet is really fast!

Not sufficient car parking for the rooms we needed to park in a busy laneway. Room was very small and basic for the 106 euros charged. The double bed was placed on an angle to fit in the room. No decor to room. Bathroom was very small (it was caravan size) which had a odd smell. Bathroom towels were poor and need replacement. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. No bar fridge in room. Light bulbs broken and some odd wiring extension cord across our room ceiling. No english speaking channels on tv even though advertised. The previous booking.com reviews were not helpful to us and this was not a three star room facility. Very over priced facility which was capitalising is on its location.

Our stay for 2 days at this hotel was memorable. The room was excellent and the food was superb. Location ideal for the castles nearby. We could not fault the hotel staff or cuisine. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Hotel Restaurant Frühlingsgarten for a wonderful stay.
