Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The owners/staff were very friendly, great humor, and accommodating. When we informed the owner as to what time we were going to have dinner, there was a table reservation waitng for us. For breakfast, we found a table reserved under our room number and was set, ready to eat. The owner's wife was great in helping with our food selection, a great help as the menue was in German. The room was spacious from a German perspective, as German rooms tend to be rather small compared to American room standards. Our luggage was carried for us to our room. The location of this hotel was great for a visit to the Old Stadt, easy walking distance. Very nice athmosphere and quiet for sleep! We would definitely reccomend this hotel. Although we had no problem with parking, it tends to be somewhat tight as the evening crowd comes for dinner. We made cretain to be there before the dinner time. |

The welcome was very poor, and parking was a problem. The room was dull, and the bathroom unpleasant (totally plastic). The hotel doesn't accept credit cards, and this was inconvenient. When leaving, the attitude was unpleasant. |

je n'ai pas apprécié le mode de règlement de paiement pratiqué par cet hôtel (uniquement cash) et surtout le fait que cela ne soit pas mentionné dans le compte rendu de cet hotel sur internet (je n'aurais pas choisi cet hotel). Ce n'est pas en rapport avec le standing de cet hotel. |

Parcheggio e posizione centrale rispetto alle principali aree turistiche (castelli e paesi) Purtroppo siamo arrivati nel primo pomeriggio oltre tempo limite segnalato per check in e l'hotel era chiuso. Inizialmente siamo stati in difficoltà per capire che ci era stata lasciata la chiave della camera in una busta fuori la porta della reception. |
