I found the staff very friendly, well presented & helpful here. The hotel is beautifully maintained and located in a quiet side street with on street parking. The room was warm and cosy & immaculately clean and I will have no hesitation staying here again in the future. |

Everything about the hotel was great. The food was fantastic.In all my trips I have never been dealt with by more friendly and helpful staff Easy access to the city and countryside. The situation of the hotel is amazing, the area has the feel of a village yet it is only minutes from the city centre and access routes. The historic buildings and renovation in the centre , the super shopping possibilities, the wealth of sight seeing possibilities in the surrounding area (which really is like the Berner oberland in switerland) plus the short booze cruise into the Czech Republic make the whole hotel and holiday experience one to be savoured. |

The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were smiling. Chocolate and mineral water is a very nice gesture. The place is very nice. In the restaurant is needed menu in English and other languages, perhaps pictures from the dishes. |

Das Hotel ist ruhig, etwas abseits der Innenstadt gelegen. Diese ist aber gut mit dem Bus in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind stilsicher möbliert und angenehm groß (Maisonette-Zimmer). Das Restaurant ist insgesamt sehr schön (dunkle Möbel, Gewölbedecke), die Küche ist deftig, aber sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbüffett ist zwar einfach aber vollkommen ausreichend. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen. |

Sehr angenehme ruhige Gegend, optimale Busverbindung in das Stadtzentrum (c. 20min.), Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Ausreichendes und abwechlungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner Gastgarten und sehr gute Küche. |

Trotz einiger Feiern an unserem Anreisetag (Samstag), wurden wir ausgesprochen nett empfangen, bekamen schnell unser Essen und auch von der Musik haben wir in unserem Zimmer nichts mitbekommen. Toller Biergarten und gutes Restaurant - das Kreuzgewölbe ist toll. Die Lage des Hotels ist für Ausflüge und Stadtbesichtigungen gut. Am Sonntag war Brunchtag, und das Frühstück wurde schon um 10:00 abgeräumt (und das Brunchbuffet aufgebaut), obwohl es offiziell bis 10:30 hätte dableiben müssen... Wir hätten uns gerne noch etwas geholt - wollten aber zugegebenermaßen auch nicht fragen, ob wir uns am Brunchbuffet bedienen dürfen. |

Sehr guter und freundlicher Service. Gute Küche mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Üppiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit höherklassigem Service. Seperate gemütliche Bar mit Raucherlaubnis. Schöner Biergarten. Ruhige Stadtrandlage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung / ÖPNV. Derzeit unbedingt empfehlenswert! |

Ottima connessione Wi-Fi, gratuita e veloce. Situato in un paesino molto caratteristico. Zona tranquillissima e camere molto ben insonorizzare ambiente rilassante. Ottimo e pratico il ristorante interno all'hotel. Centro città raggiungibile in circa 15 min di auto. Stanza accogliente, molto ben arredata e completa di molti accessori. Colazione molto varia e buona. Personale composto da splendide ragazze, gentili, disponibili e sempre presenti. Parcheggio un po' scomodo sulla strada attorno all'hotel, ma la zona è molto tranquilla. Un po' distante dal centro città, ma in auto è facilmente raggiungibile. Stanza un po' piccola. |

Buon hotel nella periferia di Dresda, in un quartiere tranquillo ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Parcheggio gratuito in zona. In auto si raggiunge il centro in circa 10 min. Ottimo ristorante e camere pulitissime e accoglienti. |

Freundliches Personal, Lage zwar ausserhalb, aber ruhig und guter Ausgangspunkt fuer Unternehmungen ins Umland, einladender Biergarten, sehr gutes Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant Das Fruehstueck war nach drei Uebernachtungen etwas eintoenig. |

Het hotel is rustig gelegen; de ligging voldeed aan onze behoefte.Het ontbijt is uitstekend verzorgd. Bereidwilligheid van personeelsleden om mee te denken ontbrak, m.n. bij aankomst. |
