TThe owners were always there. Wery nice family operated hotel/restaurant. Food was simple and well prepared. It was a mix between german clasical cusine and Croatian grills and cooked foods. I did enjoy my stay and would all hartedly recomend it to the future guests. Also to mention, the place is in the middle of the small village but only 13 minutes ride by train to the very center of Cologne

There was no Hotel Staff. Caretaker was very rude and not friendly.Bathroom Fittings were not working and despite complaint -were not repaired. There was no lift in Hotel and taking heavy luggage up the second floor was challenge.When we asked for Duplicate room for the room- we were told that if lost-it will cost Euro 850.We were asked to return to Hotel well before midnight.

Sehr netter Besitzer und ein vorzügliches Restaurant ! Die Flurbeleuchtung wurde durch einen Bewegungsmelder geregelt,leider hatte die Zimmertür im oberen Bereich eine Glasscheibe sodass nachts sehr oft das Licht anging und der Lichtschein auf die Betten schien.

Zimmer waren nach eintreffen Abends um Uhr 19.00 wegen angeblicher "Wespennester" nicht vermietbar. Inhaber hat in der Nähe ein Ausweichhotel organisiert. Allerdings stellte sich am folgenden Tag beim bezahlen, trotz mündlicher Zusage das die erhöhten Kosten von Knechtsedener Hof nicht übernommen wurden.

Ruime kamer: ondanks dat ik een eenpersoonskamer had geboekt, heb ik een tweepersoons kamer gekregen. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Lekker eten in het eigen restaurant. Prima prijs-prestatie verhouding. Het raam in de deur van kamer 13. Telkens als het licht op de gang aangaat, wordt het ook licht in de kamer.

Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Das Bad ist neu renoviert. Frühstück war auch gut. Hotelchef war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Matratze war leider sehr weich. Sonst gab es nix zu meckern.

der Besitzer war sehr freundlich, obwohl ich sehr spät in der Nacht (1.00h) eingetroffen bin und booking.com meine Buchung nicht weitergegeben hatte. das Zimmer war klein aber zweckmäßig und sehr sauber.

Super Personal und sehr gutes Essen War leider nicht ganz so sauber. Griffe waren abgebrochen, Spinnweben in den Ecken, rostige Schrauben in der Dusche.

Goed en lekker eten, gezellig aangekleed restaurant. Heerlijke kussens en een redelijk goed matras. Netjes en schone badkamer kamer 14 Kortom een prima verblijf! Het bedframe en zitbankje kunnen wel een upgrade gebruiken.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundlicher Eigentümer, gutes Essen, super Frühstück. Wenn wir wieder ein Hotelzimmer in dieser Gegend benötigen - immer wieder gerne.
