The staff were excellent and the underground parking brilliant, right outside the front door.

"hotel?" really in the style of pension, was 1 foot from Cathedrale, 2 feet from musuem, 2 blocks from Luther Platz (main purpose for staying) and close to many fine resturants. Rooms and bath very basic, but clean. I would stay again because of location, though I usually stay in 3-4 star hotels.

it was closed on Saturday and had to enter through locked gate and back door. I did not see a smoke alarm or an escape route.

Location, value for the money, staff, able to listen to the local church bells.

Room faced the courtyard and the restaurant personnel sometimes made noise until around 10PM. The local church bells starting ringing at 7AM which may be a concern to some people.

Excellent location right in the center of Worms and next to the cathedral, yet quiet. Friendly, helpful staff.

The cathedral bells really get going at 7am .... not for the late risers! It's also difficult to find as it's on a gasse (alley) and not marked on all maps.

The hotel is centrally located, within easy walking distance to shopping and points of interest. The parking arrangement with a nearby autopark was good and easy.

There is no elevator, making it necessary to carry luggage up stairs. The dining room was too warm in the evenings.

Location was ideal - near Cathedral, shopping/eating and tourist info. Car park was a short walk even for someone with walking difficulties. Young staff members were friendly and helpfull.

Not very welcoming older staff/manager. Realise that hotels in Germany do not automatically provide tea/coffee but not even water was provided in room Clean when we arrived but not sure if anything other than making the beds was done whilst there. Breakfast, compared to other hotels stayed in that week, was basic but may be what is normal. Pillows were the same as other hotels - take your own if you can!

There was interruption of electricity supply in my room (No 100) in both mornings of my stay.

Quietness, friendliness and relaxed comfort.

We are not used to beeing waked up by 10 minutes bell.-ringing at 0700 am, but the Hotel cannot do anything about it. We partly came to see the cathedral, and had to suffer the concequences!

Das Zimmer 101 hatte das schlechteste Bad der letzten 30 Jahre. Schimmel in der gesamten Dusche und ein stark alterdes wc. Im gesamten Hotel roch es ständig nach Essen, obwohl das Restaurant samstag geschlossen hatte. Der Nachtzugang führte über einen Hof, der eher an Hinterhöfe abbruchreifer Großstadtäuser erinnerte.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Überlassung einer Parkkarte für Parkhaus ohne Zeitbegrenzung am Abreisetag

Kompliziertes Verfahren bei Nutzung des Volksbank Parkhauses. Jedesmal musste ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels mit der Parkkarte mitkommen um das Fahrzeug einzustellen oder abzuholen. Nach 23:00 kann das Parkhaus gar nicht mehr genutzt oder verlassen werden, weil dann niemand der Mitarbeiter mehr da ist. Unpraktisch.
