This is a family friendly hotel run by very kind ladies who always try their very best to accomodate your wishes. We arrived late, woke up late, had breakfast (a good one) late, actually beyond the 10 am limit, left the rooms late (an hour after due time) and we did not hear one single reproach. We were given very good tips for shopping, dinning, going out. And, cherry on the cake, the parking fee (safe garage for two nights) was not even charged to us. We used to stay at the Marriott in Heildelberg, but we were charmed by this hotel and will return to it. Last but not least, they take the Booking.com clients very serious ! No spa or olympic swimming pool in the basement, no parking-valet and not even a helicopter landing deck on the roof! But can't we live without them?...

Very friendly staff. I was obviously american with little language skills and they were very helpful. It is a small quaint hotel that I was looking for. No major complaints but would have liked heavier curtains on the window to make it darker. And as others have said, be prepared for no elevator (I knew that going in).

Very close to Mannheim central station. Nice, small and cheap hotel. Gored breakfast en normal rooms. There is no elevator and since it has got 4 stories, disabled people or people that can't walk very well would still have to take a steep stairs.

When I made the reservation, they said that the room had 25 square meters, but in reality it only had about 15. According to the advert, the triple room should've had 2 single beds and a couch, but instead of the couch there was an extendable armchair ! There is no elevator. The stairs are narrow and it's hard to climb up to the 4th floor, carrying luggage.There is no air conditioning. The breakfast was very poor. Also, there is no mini-bar. In essence, it doesn't look like a 3 star hotel, and i wouldn't recommend it.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und nicht zuviel auf den Tischen.Ambienete sehr schön zum frühstücken.Das Zimmer wars ehr gut und ruhig in der nacht Die Stufen in den 2. Etage sind sehr hoch , kein Auftzug

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nur 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Eine große Auswahl an Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Müsli... Wer da nichts findet, ist selber Schuld. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Wenn man im 4. (obersten) Stock sein Zimmer hat, ist es mit einem Koffer nicht so toll.

Echter Familienbetrieb, sehr gute und preiswerte Küche mit Suppe und Nachtisch, Frühstück sehr nett, persönliche Ansprache, jeden Tag frische Wasserflaschen im Zimmer. Das einzig schöne Haus in der näheren Umgebung. Vom Bahnhof aus zu Fuß erreichbar . einfach geradeaus. Musikhochschule in der Nähe. Es gibt keinen Lift, wenn man viel Gepäck hat wird einem aber geholfen. Das gute Essen ist auch geruchsmäßig im Haus präsent. Im Winter nur eine Decke im Zimmer, auf Anfrage bekommt man jedoch sofort eine zweite.

le personnel de l'hôtel est très avenant, l'hotel est bien situé prêt de la gare et du centre ville et surtout l'hotel dispose d'un parking a coté . la literie est confortable. rien d'important. petite salle pour la détente au bar.

Kleines, familiär geführtes Hotel in bester Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Fussgängerzone. Eine Mitarbeiterin stellte die Heizung tagsüber so weit zurück, dass das Zimmer bei unserer Rückkehr am Abend sehr kalt war.
