We had room 19, which suited us especially well as it accommodated 3 people but in a way that allowed a certain level of privacy (parents part not visible from third bed). Breakfast was quite extraordinary for a hotel of this category and we also enjoyed a good dinner of local specialties. Last but not least, the location of the hotel is ideal...we walked less from the hotel to the park than from the attraction parking. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was quite friendly and helpful.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, tolerant of the children's demands and noise. We had supper one night at the hotel and it was very good, plus a wide choice of beers.

The bathroom was a bit narrow, so a tight fit for a family, plus the shower was leaky.

Excellent hotel at 5 min walking distance from Europa Park. Room very clean, staff very polite and friendly, breakfast was also good, but could be better.

There isn't ac in the room, and fridge ... which could be a problem during hot summer, hopefully which was not the case during my stay at the end of July.

During our family vacation, we decided last minute to visit Europa Park on our return to Frankfurt from Switzerland and booked just one night online about 6 days ahead. There were 7 of us and an infant of 20 months so we actually booked 3 rooms - 2 adults in one, 2 plus baby in another and 3 young adults in the last. The hotel was able to accommodate all of us exactly as we had hoped. All the rooms were outstanding and more than sufficient in all respects plus very good value especially when you include the breakfast which was also excellent. Must note that Manuelito (hope that is correct spelling) was exceptional in all his efforts. From speaking English, bar tending and waiter skills to helpful advice on the park he made our stay fun and special. He is very quiet but when approached, extremely friendly and helpful. One of our group speaks German but this was not really necessary as all the staff make the effort regardless. They sell the tickets for the park (at the same price) which as others reviewers have said is a 5 minute delightful walk and the hotel had absolutely no problem with us leaving our rather large van for the whole day! This was above and beyond as it made things so easy for our one day at the park and then a special good bye to the hotel staff again before leaving to Frankfurt. Just could not have been any better! Thank you so much Hotel Löwen.

The only point we selected as 'good' and not 'excellent' was under comfort and that is only because of the rather winding layout to the hotel. A short and at first confusing walk was required to our room but once we learned our way it became fun and our 20 month old grandson especially enjoyed the stroll. Certainly worth it once we saw our rooms.

Essen war ausgesprochen gut!

On mange très bien et pour un budget plus que raisonnable au restaurant de l'hotel, le PDJ est aussi très complet et bien adapté au européen. L'hotel se trouve à 5mn à pied de l'entrée d'Europapark.

La chambre et la salle de bain sont pas très jolie et assez vieillote!

Prima di tutto la pulizia, alla sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante ed era veramente buono!
