This 4-star hotel is located in the Fischbach district of Friedrichshafen, on Lake Constance, just 220 yards from the town's outdoor swimming pool and natural beach.

You will appreciate the friendly, informal atmosphere and modern furnishings of the Hotel Maier. You can relax in the sauna area with its sun terrace and view of the lake, or in the Tuscan garden.

Anonymous Solo traveler Netherlands October 31, 2011	It is the vicinity of the place I had to work. Has a restaurant and several others in the vicinity. Hotel is very noisy, due to the road passing the hotel. Sleeping with a windo open is difficult. Once arrived, you cannot change your stay anymore for the booking period, without the risk of being charged for the full period. For a business hotel this is very inconvenient. Staff at the recpetion and in the restaurant is not very friendly, this includes the hotel manager. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful, did you?	5

The room was nice and the location is great, just across the Freibad and the sandy beaches of the Lake of Constance (though the road may be a bit noisy at times). Hotellissa kohtuullinen suomalainen sauna ja hieno saunaosasto. Vastaanoton henkilökunta ei ollut erityisen ystävällistä. Die Küche hat überdurchschnittlichen Standard und gehört in den Bereich eines Gourmethotels mit annehmbaren Preisen. Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter ist sehr angenehm. Es ist keine Beschwerden sonder nur ein Hinweis zur Verbesserung: Die Kopfkissen sind unangenehm groß 80 x 80 cm und beeinträchtigen den Schlaf.
