Sehr freundliches Personal, Wünsche wurden umgehend - wenn möglich - erfüllt. Das Essen war sehr gut, vor allem das Thüringer Rostbrätel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Angebot - sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend, es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Das Bad etwas klein. Parkmöglichkeit auf der Strasse, ganz gut, das es eine Einbahnstrasse war. Wenig Verkehr, gegenüber gleich ein Park.

Die Lage des Hotels (Stadtrand) in Parknähe hat uns gut gefallen. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel war sehr hellhörig und aufgrund von Dielenboden und teilweise Leichtbauwände waren ständig knarrende Geräusch zu hören, wen sich in den Nachbarzimmer jemand bewegte. Auch die Hygiene im Bad war nicht sehr überzeugend, die Wandfliesen hatten sehr unangenehme Flecken und es roch sehr stark nach Urin.

Prima Service, späte Anreise und früher Aufbruch waren unkomplizert möglich. Zimmer sind sauber, Frühtstück in Ordnung Es war nicht k sehr deutlich, dass Frühstück extra berechnet wird

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Ich bin kurz nach 23 Uhr angekommen, trotzdem konnte ich reingehen. Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend und gut. Ich war nur kurz da, nur zur Übernachtung, war alles Ok.

zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede kamers, zeer aardige mensen en meedenkend en advisering geven. Trouwens het ontbijt maar ook het avondeten waren meer dan voortreffelijk. Qua prijs en verblijf, inclusief diner top.

Die ruhige abgeschiedene Lage ist für Erholungssuchende ideal. Das Frühstücksbuffett war ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Bei der Nasszelle liegt die Betonung auf Zelle, eine durchdachtere Anordnung von Toilette, Dusche und Waschbecken würde mehr Freiraum schaffen.

Die Lage Die Dusche war nicht so toll, zu wenig Wasser und die Temperatur lies sich kaum regeln. Die am Hotel angepriesenen Parkplätze. Es stehen viel zu wenig zur Verfügung. Ich musste ca. 90M vom Hotel entfernt parken.

Die Lage außerhalb Erfurts. Mit Auto (ca. 7 Km von Erfurt-Zentrum) aber alles gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten das Hotel wegen der ruhigen Lage gewählt (und das auch bei der Buchung als wichtig erwähnt). Uns wurde aber nicht mitgeteilt, dass im Park auch größere Veranstaltungen stattfinden können (Kirmes, Maifeiern etc.). Deshalb sind wir einen Tag früher abgereist, was aber kein Problem war.
