When we arrived and wanted to check in to our three booked rooms we had to find out that there were only two rooms left due to a booking system failure. Anyway they’ve organized and found a solution for all of us to get a room in this hotel. Also the hotel offers a store room for bycicles which is absolutely recommendable for bike packing trips!

This hotel is peacefully located in Hitzacker, on the River Elbe. The family-run Hotel Scholz provides free WiFi for guests. The restaurant is open for large groups.
