The hotel was convenient for us on our journey to Austria. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom although the shower could have been better. We thought the breakfast was very good, and the evening meal superb, prepared by the chef /owner.

Wir haben dort ein Trüffelmenu nach unserer Trüffelwanderung gebucht. Wir sind mit 19 Personen zum Essen erschienen. Es gab ein 3-Gängemenue und vorher den Gruß aus der Küche. Geschmacklich und auch von der Auslese der Speisen (nicht hochwertig) möchte ich sagen, dass es im mittleren Niveau angesiedelt war. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Die Bedienung hatte keinerlei Ahnung über Speisen und Weine und mussten sich immer in der Küche rückversichern. Alle Mitarbeiter waren überfordert. Die Zimmer waren abgewohnt und gehören renoviert. Frühstück war i.O., nach Nachfrage von der Chefin, ob Sie uns noch was Gutes tun könne, bat mein Mann um zwei Glas Sekt, er meinte, das wäre jetzt toll. Diese kamen auch prompt und schlugen nachher auf unserer Rechnung mit 10,00 € zu buche. Bei diesem Zimmerpreis sollte man doch annehmen, dass mal zwei Gläser Sekt zum Frühstück drin sind. Leider war das nicht so. Fazit: wir werden die Villa Fayence nicht mehr buchen.
