Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig guter Service ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet geringe Auswahl an Gerichten ab er in guter Qualität Speiseraum etwas dunkel (baulich bedingt)

Gut gelegen. Frühstück war ok. Good location. Breakfast ok. Wir haben nicht raucher Zimmer auf booking.com gebucht und wurden auf die raucher etage untergebracht. Ausserdem hatten wir ein Doppelbett gebucht (als Ehepaar), wir bekamen zwei Einzelbetten. Abgesehen davon, was wir eine Unverschämtheit fanden, die Fotos bei Booking und des Hotels eigene Internetseite entsprachen absolut nicht dem was uns erwartet hat. Wir waren zwei Paare im Hotel und keiner hatte ein so "schönes" (akzeptables) Zimmer wie im Internet, und das für 85 Euro!!! Das Zimmer hat gestunken wie die Sau, wenn man Nicht-Raucher ist ist das eine Sauerei. Beim netten Anfragen, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer bekämen, hiess es vom Wirt leider wäre alles ausgebucht worauf die Wirtin ausgeflippte und rumgeschrie wie furchtbar wir wären (was ich beim weglaufen gehört hatte.) Die Toilette war nicht so sauber wie sie sein sollte! Vom jeglichen Service ist hier nicht die Rede und das Hotel ist total teuer für was es ist! Rooms DON't look like the ones on the web and are way uglier and older! If you go have NO expectations and make a fuss if you are given a smoking room but you are a non smoker! You will not want to stay in that disgusting room/ floor. Make sure you insist on a double bed if you are a couple because we didn't get one. All was booked correctly and we got nothing the way it was supposed to be. Payed 85 Euro for a disgusting smelly room with old ugly twin beds as a couple and bad service! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Het ontbijtbuffet was prima verzorgd. Na een lange dag fietsen (de Main Radweg v.v.) was er niemand in het hotel aanwezig om ons te ontvangen. Warm en bezweet hebben we meer dan een uur moeten wachten voordat de eigenaar opdaagde. Deze bleek een feestje te hebben en hij had daarom het hotel onbemand achter gelaten. Hij had het niet nodig gevonden op ons telefoontje te reageren. Hij ging er ook gelijk weer vandoor, want het was Ruhetag. Geen aanbeveling voor een hotel wat beweert heel klantvriendelijk te zijn..

Lage: Mitten in schön erhaltener historischer Kleinstadt. Zimmer: Genügend gross mit sehr guter Beleuchtung, grosses Badzimmer.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Spiegel- oder Rühreier wuden frisch zubereitet. Leider waren die Küche, das Restaurant und der Biergarten geschlossen
