Receptionist spoke very good English and was helpful. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Adjoining restaurant is independent but satisfactory.

Hotel staff were great and spoke English well. It is located close to Trier on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely. We have stayed here before and had the same great service. Our room was located on the street side of the hotel which made it rather noisy on a weekend evening. Next time I will ask for a room away from the street.

Accueil Lors de notre 2° nuit (le vendredi) vers minuit, plusieurs clients d'autres chambres sont remontés en faisant beaucoup de bruits, d'éclats de voies, de rires et cela jusque 2h00. Très embêtant pour ceux qui veulent se reposer et dormir!!!

Zeer goede ontvangst , heel mooie zeer propere kamer ! Heel uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt ! Wij waren erg tevreden. Ligt in een winkelstraat met een paar terrasjes , een pizzeria , ijssalon...sportcentrum in de buurt Ligt wel niet direct naast de moezel , maar mits een kleine wandeling ben je er in een kleine 10 minuutjes Niet dat het nu echt een minpunt is , maar de tv is wel heel klein.

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum und doch sehr ruhig. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam; das Zimmer modern eingerichtet, Frühstück reichhaltig und liebevoll bereitgestellt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

De bediening/service was uiterst vriendelijk. Het gehele hotel was bijzonder smaakvol "beschilderd" en ingericht. Alles was zeer proper, de nieuwe badkamer in het bijzonder. De dekbedden waren iets te warm voor de tijd van het jaar. Rolluik dicht, ramen open, oordoppen mee, dan geen last van verkeer en kerk. Een aanrader.

Wij hebben het hotel alleen bezocht op doorreis vanuit Italië naar Nederland voor een overnachting. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en naar de kamer begeleid. Wij kregen een erg ruime kamer voor drie personen, met prima sanitair en goede bedden. In het restaurant hebben we bijzonder lekker (pizza's) gegeten. De volgende ochtend hebben we nog een aantal leuke winkels bezocht. Onze kamer lag aan de winkelstraat met veel verkeers(lawaai). Met de rolluiken en ramen dicht heb je daar geen enkele last van, maar dan wordt het wel erg benauwd in de kamer. Met de ramen open is er veel verkeersgeluid.

Wir hatten ein schönes Badezimmer. Wir hatten kein Telefon auf dem Zimmer, an der Decke war ein großer Wasserfleck, der Lichtschalter für das Bad war kaputt.

Grote kamer, schoon. Ontbijt was erg goed, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het eten in het aangrenzend restaurant was ook erg goed. Wij hadden een kamer aan de straatkant, daar was nogal veel lawaai.

L'hotel est très bien, avec accueil très chaleureux.Notre grande chambre (3 personnes ) était très spacieuse, confortable et impeccable de propreté. Le restaurant, situé dans le même batiment mais manifestement avec une autre direction, offre une carte très variée, et nous avons bien mangé, mais l'accueil était nettement moins chaleureux que pour la partie hôtel. Une mammy avec 2 enfants de 10 et 14 ans.

Als gedreven fietser was er geen enkel probleem om de fiets te stallen in hun garagebox van het Hotel. Propere kamer op de 2de verdiepng. Uitgebreid onbijt op de 1ste verd. Uitstekend onthaal
