The location on Lindau Island was quite nice, as was the running route highlighted for guests on each door. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at during our 10 day trip (where we stayed at 6 different hotels) and it was the least enjoyable of them all. |

The location of the hotel Room was very very noisy and hot. Asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room on the West side with no views. Very expensive and the room was not as good as rooms in other hotels we stayed in the area. Not at all like the pictures on internet! |

We loved the hotel bedroom - although only a standard room, it was large with a small walk in wardrobe, lovely seating area of two arm chairs and a sofa. The staff alerted to my birthday kindly left a birthday card and delicious chocolates. We also loved the dining area, and the good food available. Breakfast was typically German and excellent. Position of the hotel, right on the lake front for the ferries, less than 100 yards from the railway station, on flat land, and easily accessable from the Friedrichshafen airport by trainmakes this a very easy place to visit and stay for all ages, including the elderly and disabled. The internet connection was very intermittant and only available from a small booth in reception area. In this day and age, I do think internet should be easily available from all the bedrooms. Stair carper was grubby, and could do with either a deep clean or replacing. |

This was the second stay for me. The weather was bad but the stay at this hotel was really comfortable. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The location is just in front of the lake and it is simply great to relax. If the weather were good, I could enjoy the swimming pool outside. I wanna go back there again. Of course, the breakfast was also enjoyable. No! Actually, at the check-in, the room card-key was not issued due to the computer trouble. But their customer handling process was great. |

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterin im Empfangsbereich war top. Die Auteilung auf der Terasse mit Kaffee- und Kuchenbestellung getrennt war nicht optimal und führte zu Missverständnis. |

Das Zimmer ging nach hinten bzw. zum Nachbarhaus. Bei angeklapptem Fenster war die Küche zu richen. Empfinde ich für 165,- € nicht angemessen. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Die Terrasse des Restaurants hat uns auch gefallen. Buffet für Morgenessen war vielfältig. Parkplatz etwas mühsam, vom Hotel entfernt. |

Die Lage ist einmalig und das Zimmer war geräumig, Minibar. Parkhaus! Der Zugang zum Zimmer bzw. Ausgang kompliziert... Keine Klima-anlage. Frühstücksbuffet könnte besser sein. |

Nous avons particulierement apprecie le professionnalisme et l'amabilite du personnel, ainsi que le decor de cet hotel. De plus l'hotel est idealement bien situe pour le shopping et les promenades. La restauration est de toute qualité. Les fenetres de notre chambre donnaient sur une ruelle, laquelle etait assez bruyante vers 7 heures du matin |
