speaking english staff, comfortable bad, out of reception (anonimous) entrance to the hotel, good Internet
close to "red lamps" location, little too far to restaurants and city center.
Rooms were big. Shower was powerful and warm. Staff was nice and spoke good English
Location is sketchy at best. Our family apartment was in a building across from the actual hotel. We put bags in front of the doors because of how unsafe the area felt. Plain white tiles, no decor, nothing comfortable. We stayed at a five-star hotel in Munich on the same trip for only 30 EUR more. Will never return here.
Booked an appartment for 4 people, expecting 2 double beds. Got a 2 floor appartment with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen...bargain. Secure underground carpark as well.
Wifi was quite bad. Area was a bit ropey to say the least.
I rent a 3 bedroom apartments for 5 persoons. It's a warm summerday with 30 degrees celcius, but there's only one fan available.
Large rooms with plenty of space. Taxi rank very close by. Pretty quiet when I was there for the German Grand Prix. Although very close to Red Light district, the road where all the "clubs" were is screened off and they were not visible from the street
Didn't find any suitable local bars or restaurants so better to eat/drink in Mannheim then get a cab back (about 12 Euros) from town. Wi Fi router is in main part of hotel so doesn't work in the apartments, which are separate from the hotel.
Very nice hotel, that had the basics that all need and did them well.
Can be a little bit tricky to get to without a car, but not impossible by any stretch. Air con could do with a bit more work though.
We booked an family apartment on our way to Austria very clean big apartment in a very multicultural area
Some people wouldn't like the area but we had a great night on the balcony
poor neighborhood free parking but on street
Very nice rooms for the price, Wi-Fi Works well. Breakfast was nice.
Free Parking, but never any space available in the garage. Staff were nonchalant and would tell you different things on different days you asked them.
Nice and clean room.
Not everybody of the staff spoke english.
Good value for money. Clean rooms with comfortable bed. Free WiFi.
Not the most beautiful part of Mannheim. Rooms at road side can be noisy due traffic and on the street.
The room was roomy like a apartment.
The parking place and the room is far from reception. It was difficult to connect Wifi connection.
super clean, staff friendly, price very competitive
room size too small, bed too narrow and needed to be more comfortable, limited if zero option for dinner
The room was super huge! I don't know was that the standard service of the hotel or what, but I booked the room only for 2 people but the hotel gave me room for like one big family.
It was very near to where I wanted to be so that is why I chose this hotel. Free WiFi.
I thought it was expensive for what I got. There is an extra charge for breakfast. There was only soap in the dispensers, no shampoo. The water was not very hot and the central heating was not on when I first arrived, in spite of being cold outside.
