The fact that at nearly 11h00 the breakfast buffet was still plentyfull and the staff available and helpful Very little toilettries and what was there was poor quality.pity we were relying on them because it was a short WE break and we also had to travel light . The shower facility was not great for a 4star hotel looked and was shabby. The room had not a very nice smell. |

The staff were all very friendly and efficient and the location was excellent. We were given a "snack bag" of an apple and biscuit when we left which I thought was a nice touch. |

The staff of hotel (similing, professional, know the English,etc). The hotel and bedroom are very clean. The hotel is closed to gare-station and the city center of Freiburg. The confort of the bathroom could be better. |

Central location, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms are in urgent need of modernisation (70s style now), no air conditioning. Especially the bathroom facilities needs complete updating - using old fashioned shower curtains makes the bathroom flood. Small towels and not enough of them. |

Wir waren auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt und gingen Shoppen ...Die Lage ist zentral gelegen und nahe des Bahnhofs . Wir kommen ein anderes Mal gerne wieder. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ok, man ist in 5 min im historischen Zentrum. Die Rezeption und der Restaurant- und Frühstücksbereich sind sehr nett gstaltet. Es wäre dringendst nötig, die Badezimmer zu renovieren. Schlechter Gesamtzustand: billiger Duschvorhang wie in einer Jugendherberge, die Fugen der Fliesen sind von Schimmel befallen (tw. übermalt), Duschkopf lässt sich nicht mehr Fixieren, dh man duscht mit der Brause in der Hand. Und das alles dürfte für runt €100 pP undNacht nicht sein :-( |

Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe, direkter Fahrstuhl bis hoch ins Hotel. Die Zimmer nach hinten sind angenehm ruhig gelegen. Beim Auschecken haben wir eine Tüte mit Äpfeln und Schokoriegel als kleine Aufmerksamkeit für den Nachhauseweg erhalten. Bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt 2 Wochen später hatten wir ein Zimmer nach vorne. Starke Lärmbelästigung durch Disko o.ä. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da die Zimmer sich sehr aufheizen, kann man nur mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Die Bäder sind etwas "abgewohnt". Bei den Naschereien in der Minibar war leider das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum abgelaufen. |

Es lag sehr zentral. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist für nicht ortsküundige Gäste schlecht zu finden. |

Die gute Lage, und zu Fuss ist man schnell in der Altstadt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Für ein 4* Hotel hätte ich von der Einrichtung mehr erwartet. Angebracht wäre es für 3*ne. Kein besonderer Konfort wie z.B. das Bad mit Dusche... |

Sehr nettes Personal. Zentrale, ruhige Lage. Zimmer und Hoteleinrichtung teilw. stark "abgewohnt". Bad nicht richtig geputzt, Flecken auf Bettlaken. Badezimmer haben 80er-Jahre-Charme. Duschkopf kaputt (Wasser kam sowohl am Hahn als auch am Duschkopf raus, Duschkopf ließ sich nicht fixieren). Frühstücksbuffet entspricht keinem 4-Sterne-Standard. Außerdem hatte das Personal Probleme rechtzeitig aufzufüllen. |

Het hotel heeft een gunstige ligging dicht bij het station. Check-in en check-out gingen snel en accuraat. Erg weinig stopcontacten op de kamer; vrij krappe wastafel. |
