they are rude, never smile, its a big problem to ask for help from them. the breakfast was terrible. the worst hotel i'v ever stayed in. horrible people. totaly unfriendly, wouldn't reckomend it to nobody.you said there was cable tv, shuttle service, and room service , and the tv they had was unwatchable, totaly disatisfied. |

Door open in the night. Be careful with this hotel because is dangerous in the night. Any person could acced to the floor, and after to the hotel. There is no tv satelite channels and in the standard room there is no toilet! (They published in Booking that this kind of room is with toilet, but it is not true). |

Arrival at night possible. Personnel willful to help on several occasions. Description of rooms on booking-site did not match reality. Showers and furniture in rooms were not very comfortable. |

location AmEx requested by booking finaly was not accepted as a payment mode. Also other major CC are not accepted. Room did not have a WC (on a floor only). It turned out that this was supposed for this room type, nevertheless no alternatives were offered. |

zentrale Lage und günstiger Preis In unserem Dreibettzimmer war keine normale Heizung vorhanden sondern nur eine Radiatorheizung. Bei Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt war dies unmöglich zu regulieren. Etweder nachts aus und schlafen oder warm und wach liegen. Sanitäreinrichtungen im Nachbarzimmer wurden über unseren WC Abfluß mittels lauter Pumpe entsorgt. Dabei stand braune Brühe in unserem WC. Ekelhaft. |

Hotellet liggger nära en tunnelbanestation på en tyst och lugn gata i närheten till centrum - bra. Rummet var mycket stort, högt till tak och med balkong, sängarna sköna. Toaletten låg utanför rummet, som i och för sig är helt ok, men tyvärr låg den alldeles intill receptionen. Och den var mycket kall. Det mest prisvärda med hotellet var den rikliga frukosten - mycket bra! Att toaletten var så kall. |
