“I found Rheingold hotel very excellent .The transport is very close by. The staff was very help full and the morning breakfast was very rich. The room was always kept tidy. Yes if I would come again in Dusseldorf I would stay in the same hotel.”

This family-run hotel in Düsseldorf offers modern rooms with a balcony. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the Hotel location was convenient to the main railway station, the cbd and the main entertainment precinct. I was there for a trade fair, so the price of the accommodation was heavily inflated, which made it poor value for money, as standard facilities one would expect included in a room of that price, such as a fridge and tea and coffee making supplies, were non-existent. Breakfast was included in the room price, which off-set the lack of in-room facilities to some extent, and the food provided was of a good standard. All in all, it was a good palce to stay and I probably will try to stay there on my next visit.

Very good location: The bigest shopping-centre is just opposite, one of the famouse bar "Shumaher" - 50 m and so on. The staff is very positive and friendly. 100% reccommended!

Don't wait apartment, can be noisy ( from the streeet) , not luxery, but good place of location, railwaystation , subway - citycenter is close ( by foot), simple breakfast but included in hotel rate, good service and kindly staff give for hotel additional star , so ***, but not more

The internet connection runs ok (and this is an exception in de hotels) Housekeeping cleans the room every 2-3 days, the personnel at the reception doesn't understand English (and they talk only Russian and some German)

The location was good between the railway station and the city centre. Buffet breakfast was good. The male receptionist was unhelpful even though I spoke to him in German. The public corridors smelled of smoke but the room was OK. The room was not cleaned during my entire stay of four days and for the first two days there was no toilet paper in the bathroom! I suppose you get what you pay for and this was a cheap room at 33 Euros per night. The breakfast was more than adequate with a good choice. If I go to Dusseldorf again I will probably stay elsewhere.

I like the staff,that was very pleasant and polite.The room was clean and it was nice to have a rest at night as the hotel is very quiet. The breakfast was nice with a variety of food and drinks to choose. I think the hotel is good what to price and service.
