The location was excellent, close to everything I needed. The wireless network was very slow, and not only that, it wasn't working for long periods of time. It can be a bit noisy there because the rooms don't keep out sound very well. The breakfast was average at best.

Staff was not very forthcoming with information. Rooms were not cleaned and towels not changed after the first night until we asked for it. Location is ok if you want to visit the shopping area but the street is very noisy. Don't expect to sleep later then 7am.

Location, rates, single rooms are spacious (comparing to others in that area). Don't count on that free internet access, it's just 2-3KB/s (yeah), you can barely hold a Skype call, google.com takes 10 seconds to load (it wasn't a special day, I've been there a full week).

I liked the price and the location of the hotel. My room was a good size too with 2 single beds. The breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed that. The hotel staff (the guys at reception) the breakfast lady and the cleaners were all friendly and helpful. I was located on the 3rd floor so I didn't have to use the small elevator, I could use the stairs easily. The location of the hotel is great. About 10 - 15 mins walk to the Rhein promenade and about 10 mins walk from the Dusseldorf Hbf station. About 10 - 15 mins walk to the Konigsalee and then also about 15 - 20 mins walk to the Stadsmitte and Aldstatte. I didn't like the fact that I could smell the other people smoking in the rooms close to mine. The bed mattresses seemed a bit worn too.

The position. The price is high but the quality is very low. The room was small and dirty. The Internet connection was not working properly (it was incredibly slow, almost useless). The breakfast was poor.

I like the staff,that was very pleasant and polite.The room was clean and it was nice to have a rest at night as the hotel is very quiet. The breakfast was nice with a variety of food and drinks to choose. I think the hotel is good what to price and service.
