helpful and friendly reception stuff, centrally located

pretty economical choice without additional expectations

Comfortable, albeit basic, rooms. Location was excellent - city centre, opposite a department store & a 10 minute walk to the old town where all the bars & restuarants are located. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

they did not have wireless reception in the room on the 6th floor.

Warm welcome by staff; informal atmosphere; good location; excellent value for money.

I was allocated a room that turned out to be already occupied; that didn't bother me much, but it seemed to distress the lady who was already in the room. Breakfast was not available, but nearby cafes were quite adequate. The hotel is about to change owners, so it may not continue like this which is a shame because on balance, it is good value for money and very convenient.

There is no breakfast posible. They took payment from card and by cash. So this means I paid double.

Localisation, service, profissionalism.

The too much small room nº 703 has an irritating little noise coming, perhaps, from old woods or papers at a corner close to the bed. Very expensive breakfast.

Very central location, close to central station, good starter breakfast included. Very pleasant staff and convenient luggage room

Sounds of female voices seemed to penetrate from adjacent room a bit too much for a while.

I went to Dusseldorf for MEDICA

I did not like about the hotel is the price was high and the carpet cavering the caradoy is dirty

La chambre était très propre, l'accueil était agréable. Le personel était fort sympathique.

●予約時には、朝食をとれると聞いていた（ホームページで見ていた）のに、朝食はホテルで用意できないと言- われ、仕方なく外食しなければいけなかった。(それが分かっていれば、このホテルは選ばなかった）　●インターネットが使えるのでこのホテルを選んだのに、7階にある部屋では使えず、ロビー階or2階の食堂- が可能であった。必要が有ったら2階の食堂をいつでも使ってくれ、と言われた。部屋でできなければ全く意味- が有りません。
