Hotel sits across the street from the Rhine and you can sit on their patio and watch the boats pass. The rooms and bathrooms are well appointed, and very clean. The staff is very helpful. The free Breakfast was very good with Omelets and Waffles included and the restaurant was very good also. If you are interested in wines, the hotel is in the middle of Wine Country and has a extensive selection of its' own. I would return here and make it a base for exploring the area.

The entire staff were wonderful.On arrival we received a warm welcome with a complimentary drink; we were offered the chance to upgrade and were shown a higher priced room than we had booked. It was small with an even smaller bathroom, but was well appointed and had a wonderful Rhine view. Dinner was utterly excellent; the best fillet steak I have had in a very long time. Breakfast was equally good; offering a huge choice of cooked and cold food.Delicious! All told;a lovely hotel in a beautiful location,run by very service minded people.

Excellent cuisine and table service. Good selection of local wines. With only one other couple booked in, it was rather unkind to put two 80-year olds on the third floor with no lift.

非常に清潔で、ウェルカムドリンクのぶどうジュースの炭酸割がとても美味しかった。子供はぶどうジュースが- 飲めないと言ったら林檎ジュースを出してくれました。 車で来たので駐車場利用料金がかかりましたが、たった5EURでした。 朝食は好きな卵料理を作ってくれます。 オムレツを二人でシェアすると言ったら巨大なオムレツが来たので日本人なら一人分をシェアで十分です。朝食- のバリエーションも豊富でした。 川沿いで駅からも近いです。ワインの産地なのでワイン蔵巡りに最適です。 夕飯は外で食べましたが、ホテルのレストランも良さそうでした。暖炉もあり雰囲気が良かったです。 ベビーベッドは15EURすると言われたので、ダブルベッドに一緒に寝かせました。

Normal,,,alles sehr gut,,,nur wieder und wie bei allen Internet-Bestellung,,,Ansichten stimmen nicht,,,vor Ort ,mit dem gebuchten Zimmer... Aber die Lage,,,mit Blick zum Rhein,,,alles sehr Super,,, sehr freundliches Personal,,,alles Super das dass Zimmer nicht so war,wie gebucht mit der grösse und der Ausstattung,erst durch Aufpreis,,,,aber dann nicht Balkon,,, frage mich immer wieder,,,warum wird nicht mit Ehrlichkeit,,,geworben... sowie fand ich den Preis,etwas zu hoch....

Sehr nette, aufmerksame Bedienung. Tadelloses Essen. Rundum eigentlich alls ok. Der Preis für ein Glas Wein von 7,50€. In einem weingebiet erwartet man eigentlich andere Preise.

Gutes Frühstück, gute Parkmöglichkeit, Suiten sehr ordentlich, alles im Zimmer, was man braucht, Obstteller liebevoll hergerichtet, eine ältere Mitarbeiterin war unerträglich, nach Beschwerden aufdringlich und quälend bemüht, sie hat den guten Eindruck des Hotels völlig zerstört, das gesamte Personal litt unter deren Leitung, angeblich kostenloser Parkplatz wurde berechntet, Dreibettzimmer war eine Lederliege und ein Einzelbett,

The location was pretty Managers are not at all helpful, rarely on available (even at 9am) You can't access your room after 10pm We went to a wedding at Jordan's Untermuhle (a fabulous place to stay) and were then stranded because we couldn't get into the hotel Beds are horrible I would not recommend this establishment to anyone
