the room was nice, and was clean, but it was quite noisy. We could hear noise in other rooms, the hallway and reception area, and the restaurant. |

Breakfast!! I have never seen that much varieties of food for breakfast before. The location was really good too - 150 m away to the nearest train station. |

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. It was one of the best hotels I have ever used. The room was small, but cozy and very clean. Every single staff member was very friendly and caring. They treat their guests just like family members. Their breakfast was just gorgeous. I recommend this hotel to all visitors to Essen. |

The hotel was close to where we needed to be and was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also we got a free U bahn pass for the entirity of our stay. Great! Not a major problem but there was no lift. |

Sehr zentrale Lage, guter Anschluß ans Verkehrsnetz. Nebenbei gibt es für Gäste eine kostenlose Netzkarte, mit der man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen kann. Unbedingt dandach fragen. Sehr reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, nettes Personal. Einige Doppelzimmer bestehen aus zwei Einzelbetten, das war vorher im Internetauftritt nicht ersichtlich. Wer ein Doppelbett wünscht, sollte vorher tel. nachfragen. |

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, gutes Essen im Restaurant. Raumverhältnis im Zimmer und Bad etwas beengt. Es gab auch größere Zimmer, wahrscheinlich aber teurer. |
